Wish I booked elsewhere

The location was close to where we needed to be and had lots of parking.

The hallways constantly smelled like fish as if someone was cooking fish all day and night. The bathroom wasn’t clean at all. There was one remote in the room and two TVs. When we asked for an extra blanket at the front desk he said they didn’t have any and said he could only give me two sheets. The floor lamp in room was broken and couldn’t stand up and one of the wall lights didn’t work.

Very pleasant. Booked to stay again

Pool and Hot Tub were great, Supper and breakfast good and reasonable.

The evening desk clerk was not as friendly as rest of staff and a little hard to understand what we needed.

Most likely wouldn’t go back.

Close enough to the airport. Not too far from downtown. Big shout out to the staff at the restaurant. They were fantastic. Same with the housekeeping.

The staff at the desk could be more welcoming.

Other than the high rate, I liked everything else and would stay again if the need arises

It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was huge, and very tasteful. I could not finish what was served and took the rest with me which I had for supper. Moreover very reasonable prices.

C'était correct pour une fin de semaine, mais je n'aurais pas passé une fin de semaine à cette endro

J'ai aimé le service au restaurant pour le déjeuner Il avait toujours de l'eau fraîche et du café frais le.matin au lobby.

J'ai moins aimé la chambre. C'était bien, sauf très désuet. Nous avions le nez très sec au lever au matin, car l'air climatisé mal placé dans la chambre. Elle nous arrive au niveau du visage . Il.avait encore du tapis, je trouve moins propre.

Clean your bathroom .....change the bedding .

The restaurant food was very good

Whirlpool did not have water in it. Pool water was cold. Our room was not clean. Visible pieces of food stuck to bedding. Bed skirt and bed spreed was dirty. Bathroom floor and tub and tub wall dirty.

Just okay.

No breakfast included. The staff aren't so friendly. No greetings nothing or say enjoy your stay or say thanks for staying with us. Nothing! So hopefully next time they will.be more accommodating and friendly with a smile.

Very disappointing.

Location is good, availability of computers at the lobby.

Booked for 5 days and upon check in, I was asked if we need daily cleaning and we said yes. On the 2nd day I called at about 3pm asking why the room was not cleaned. I was told cleaning is scheduled every other day. The following day, I called again to request and it was cleaned however linens were not changed as my son was still sleeping, which is fine. On the 3rd day I asked the linens to be changed. I was sent the linens and was told I need to do it myself as the cleaner already left for the day. Again, on the 4th day I called to ask where the cleaner is but was told no cleaner available for the day. I was asked if I need new towels. Told the lady I need the floor to be cleaned and the trash to be collected. I was told cleaning will be done the following day and just put the trash outside the door. She insisted on me taking new towels instead and even had the audacity to ask me to come and collect the towels myself. Unbelievable!

I am very upset for my problems.

I was charged twice for my room.Now it is a month and I still can't get my refund. They are very arrogant on the phone hang up on me or put me on hold but no answer.

Location, there is nothing to do on the neighborhood, restaurante in the hotel only serves breakfast and closes 13:00 nothing to do on walking distance

This room was good enough for us for what we needed

room was clean for us to stay. Its all we needed to rest before our doctors appointement for my wife and my child the next day. I would stay again
