Everything was awesome, the room, the staff, the pools, the food…all of it! We only stayed one night, but all agreed that we would love to come back.

The location was perfect.
The staff in the bar was not very friendly. Seems as if she was always in a bad mood.My sister went to order drinks and the way she serves her was very aggressive even make the drink spill on the counter the way she puts it down with a passion. Was not acceptable at all.We were a family of 2 i booked a double room and ended up with 2 separate rooms away from each other like from one end to the next. Was very inconvenient. We were also serve with rotten lime in our drinks.

Location
The worse experience for me and my family. We were at the hotel for weekend for 1 night . We had 3 rooms . 4 family with 7 kids. We were at swimming pool and the worse and unacceptable behaviour happened from life gard. They start making us disrespectful and discomfiting feeling as our 2 years kids are playing . And several times they start asking to take the kids away from pool. As we didn’t even eat any thing in the pool. Then they asked the security come after 2 years old kids and they start crying and panicked for the rest of they. We asked for manager to come but they didn’t show up. Worse worse experience all the times.

Great location! Large room!
Bathroom is small and the shower felt old and outdated.
For a 5-star hotel, A LOT was missing. No one received us or our bags when we arrived at the drop off. The check-ín process was average at most and did not feel welcoming. No one offered to take our bags to the room.
The hotel is grossly overpriced for what you get!
It has a 5-star rating but the whole experience was 3-star at most!

it’s very well thought through for skiing vacation, from location to lockers to flexibility over parking and etc. staff are super friendly
1) the rooms don’t smell fresh at all, you don’t feel you are sleeping on freshly washed linen.
2) quality of coffee in the room is pretty horrible, not sure something better like Nespresso is not being used, the consumer staying there is already paying +400 per night.
3) the bathrooms are really dated, the bath tubs in particular need a refresh

The location is great
The pictures were deceiving and the room did not justify the cost. The pools should be cleaned more often, or supervised. Somehow public fornication and blowing noses in pool should be discouraged.
More attention to the room cleanliness is a good idea too.

should be able to drink alcohol in the lobby by the fireplace. it’s silly.

The location is good specially Heated pool with winter season, staff is friendly, O &B restaurant is quite good.
biggest disappointment is rooms when we entered we found out 2 or 3 big spider webs on lights which I think we don't expect from Marriott facilities
4.0
The location
The amenities were not well kept, the hot tubs were disgusting, it should be maintained daily. We didn't get what we asked to be delivered from the front desk, they didnt bother to let us know that they couldn't bring it up, it was late, we waited for 2 hrs before we went down and grabbed it. The wifi was not included, for the price, it should be. The bedroom TV only had cable. The toilet was loose and didn't flush properly. The balcony was very slanted. It felt unsafe. The atmosphere was not inviting.
