Great location. Bathroom could be cleaner. Bed mattress not great.

Location- nickname’s restaurant across the street was great for breakfast. Location good for walking downtown and to the falls.

Bathroom floor not clean- dirty clothing on back of bathroom door knob. No one in the office within 10 minutes of our 4:30 check in time.

Disappointing

The location was good.

It smelled, it was so old , the bed was soft, the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. The was a broken pen and other debris. The was an opening in the washroom wall that wouldn't close.

Disgusting 🤮

Absolutely disgusting. Broken beer bottles and a crack pipe outside our room. Sheets were stained and dirty, the smell was so bad we had to leave the door and windows open for as long as we could. I would like a full refund.

Our stay was cut short but I would definately stay there for the location and value.

The room was very spacious. Clean and the price was value. Nice covered walkway with outdoor ashtrays. Location was downtown

Floors were very cold.

Exceptional

The Owner was very welcoming and checked in daily to see if we needed anything. Location is great. Room was clean. Despite being in the Centre of town was very quiet. Definitely stay again.

Management was great! Carpet could be removed and replaced to ceramic or any other type of flooring.

A place to rest

The small room is worth the money you paid for. At least it has a mircowave, mini fridge and coffee maker. The room was clean especially the wash room. There are clean towels and toiletries. The location is great, if you want to see the well designed shopping store and city hall.

You might not like the view from your window but you can see you car parked outside.

Exceptional

Very clean and comfortable. Decent coffee And a nice shower.More than I expected from a cost effective hotel. Came for a funeral and it was a very comfortable place to sleep and get ready. Walking distance to many of the local tourist things. 10 / 10 will book again for my next visit. Great place to stay.

It's a great place if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night

It's a great central location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Parking right outside of your room is great as well.

The bedding is a little dated and the air conditioner/heating unit is quite loud. The tile in the bathroom ends up being very cold.

Good

Located in the town made it very convenient to get to places we wanted to go in Bracebridge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and cleaning smell was not overpowering.

The heater came on often and the fan was loud.
