This room was not worth the price paid. Would never stay here again.

It was cold, no blankets available or in room, only loud forced air heating.

Room would've been fine under normal circumstances. However listing showed different amenities.

Very comfortable

The host, Victor went out of his way to make arrangements for our shuttle to SFO. He gave us explicit directions to return our rental car and made every effort to accomoadate us. He's very good.

Better selection for breakfast.

Booked with this property due to free airport shuttle, but the accommodations were disappointing.

When we saw the dated appearance of the room and building, we were worried about finding bugs. However, the good news is we did not see any bugs.

I was aware that breakfast would be coffee and packaged products; however, all that was available were Nutrigrain bars and horrible-quality pastries. There was no room-temp water available for someone who wanted a glass of water. When we asked at the desk for water, we were offered bottles for $2.00 each -- during breakfast! I had wrongly presumed there would be cereal and cartons of milk at least. Room was very dated; heavy rain outside was dripping into the top of our window. No other rooms with two beds were available so we had to use bath towels to stop the dripping sound. I asked for 2 extra pillows; Housekeeping brought me one and said it was all they had. Bed and pillows were both very soft (not in a good way). Bathroom extremely dated.

this appears to be a hotel half way house or a place for recently released prisoners. take this hotel off your list.

Run dont walk when the 2 females are working front desk here.

this Ramada has always been reliable and just what I expect....easy check in and even a bit earlier if im exhausted. Cut to the new 2 female front desk staff who have now ruined this place for me. Coming from me, a 46 year old woman whos been to no less than a 1000 hotels: if either female is checking you in front desk here just be prepared to get into an argument or be disappointed that a hotel staff could care so little about you as a weary traveler. One chicks Lazy but just stares into her phone all night. The other girls just waiting to pounce on anything in her parifial that you say could be non democratic. Heaven forbid if you come from the South!

i didn't like Lazy or Woke chick. After being accused of being racist this morning from Woke, I cant believe this she cherry picked what she wanted to hear out of my hilarious coffee story and chose to make it a racist coffee story.. She was all offended and in the end, her irrational anger back fired on her, infront of other customers. How embarrassing!

do not trust what you are told!

the beds were very comfy, and the room was spacious.

do not trust what they say! Prior to booking i called the hotel to confirm the shuttle would be running late, as my flight didn’t land until 11pm. I was told that upon arrival I was to call the hotel to be collected. Once I collected my bags, I called the hotel. Only to be told that the shuttle didn’t run past 9.30pm, even though i was told it was, and I explicitly said my flight didn’t land until 11pm. the sole reason I booked this place over others was for the airport shuttle. it cost me an extra $50 to get to the hotel! I am absolutely appalled at how this was handled. i didn’t even get an apology.

Very good

Handy for an overnight stay between flights. The ride from the airport worked well, we didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. The staff were friendly and the bed big and comfortable.

The room was basic, but it is a motel so....

The Hotel was adequate for our purpose which was to be near the airport for an early flight.

The size of the room was excellent.

Fine for one-night bearish to airport stay

Spacious room, comfortable bed, helpful staff.

Really need a car to access restaurants. As others have said, not the ‘free breakfast’ website boasts - coffee and packaged pastry.

Okay for an airport hotel

Close to airport and off airport car rental location. Hotel provided Uber to the airport.

Highway outside is noisy. No coffee maker in room. Minimal breakfast.
