The room was spacious. It was sanitary and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with lots of options. and enjoyed the afternoon snack. But most significant was our good experience with the front desk staff.
The lift stopped at every floor especially on Sunday which was inconvenient.

Me and my family loved our stay at this hotel. The location is safe and convenient because of the stores near by (target, starbucks, mall, bww &more). The staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious! No noise complaints. Beds were comfortable. The view was pretty. Absolutely a 10/10. Will be returning soon!
In room coffee/tea maker should be cleaned better.

The lobby, hallways, and room above sounded like a party until 4 AM. Everyone was loud and disrespectful. Staff smelled of weed. We arrived to check in around 11:30 PM and took over an hour to get into our room because they were having issues with the room keys. Finally security had to come unlock the door but the keys did not work until the next day. The main reason we picked this location was for the pool and breakfast but both were over crowded and poorly maintained. Also not advertised that there is a $20 parking fee per night.

The room furniture was updated so like that
It was too pack with people and the elevator barely work efficiently. The bathroom there were things breaking apart such as the toilet roll and one of soap dispenser was already broken but was not replaced prior to us coming into the room. Breakfast the plates were at the bottom close the floor. The grits were smelled burnt, the pancakes were soggy and stuck together. The omelettes could have been better but just okay. Overall stay made us not want to stay any Embassy anymore.

The location was great along with the parking.
The room was disgusting. Toenails were on the floor from the people prior to our arrival. Trash was in the garbage can from previous renter. I put special instructions asking that the room be cleaned, which should be a given but apparently this hotel doesn’t see this as a requirement.

Loading/unloading luggage is a pain, carport detached from building.

Comfortable beds and breakfast.
The evening reception was lacking. I've stay at other Embassy Suites in Gwennett Sugarloaf and the evening reception food and drinks where excellent!!! Not just chips and dip and 2 drinks. The Sugarloaf location is Outstanding !! I expected the same at the Perimeter location but we where disappointed.

Breakfast - Was great hot and fresh. Restock was on point did not have to wait.
Bed - Was very comfortable and clean.
Room - Was couple stains that was noticeable on the bed skirt that made me think like was this room clean.
Pool - Was told we could take our drink from the bar to the pool and the security officer approach us and told us we was not support to have our drinks at the pool area. We inform the young lady advise us that it was ok that's why its in a plastic cup. I guess he was ok with that and walk away.

Some guest didn't observe the no smoking rule. Not sure what the hotel can do about it but it definitely inoacted our enjoyment of the property.
