A disappointing stay.

The location was convenient for us. The staff was nice. The wifi worked well.

The lighting in the room and bathroom was poor. The TV had little channel selection. One of the beds was not comfortable. Pillows were uncomfortable. The room didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. The price was high for what we got.

The staff was extremely courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable.

Actually, some of the restrictions were because of the covid, not there fault

We stayed there for the location to a family function. Blainville is a nice little town.

Good location. Friendly staff. Place looks like it was amazing in its prime. Covid didn’t do that place very well.

You can tell they tried to update it with paint, new flooring and a new headboard for the bed, but the lighting was poor, wasn’t painted very well and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The toilet was fastened to the ground very well either. Restaurant was closed due to Covid.

disappointed

the property if fully open, would be a great place to go with a family. the indoor courtyard with access from rooms would be excellent for families with children. parents could socialize outside on the patio area while kids were safe inside.

during our stay none of the facilities/amenities were available

Rooms were expensive but figured we were paying for quality - not so.

Good location.

Room was like a dungeon. Clean but older. Beds were older and not most comfortable. Was told that was the best they could do. Hotel was not busy…

It was close to my friends house, that's all.

Old looking hotel with semi functional air conditioner during a high temperature summer weekend. Place needs a facelift, paint, TLC to bring to a good standard.

Already mentioned above.

Pool closed, no food on site, very outdated, cleanliness not good.

There is ample parking space.

Checked in at 12:30 AM and out at 8 am. Did not have a chance actually enjoy stay.
