Location was excellent.
The rooms need to be a little more updated. We had to ask for another room as the bathroom was not clean. The breakfast that is included was really not good. I don’t appreciate not being able to choose how my eggs will be cooked. Bacon was dry and burnt. You can tell it’s all cooked quickly, first thing in the morning and then reheated. I would rather have paid less for the room and gone elsewhere for breakfast.

The location was good, the pub down the street was great.
The hot water didn't work in the shower very well. Musky Jake's restaurant held odd hours, and when it was open the staff seemed like they didn't know what they were supposed to be doing. Our server wore jeans, a coat, and a torque to serve breakfast one morning. The TV also had poor reception and quality.

Room was small but clean and had
everything we needed for a night stay. There was a shared kitchen that guests
could make coffee in the
morning or store food in the refrigerator. the bed and pillows were comfortable and the heat was sufficient for mid January. Nice little balcony to have a smoke. Plenty of plug in for charging devices. Good for one maybe two might stay for a couple. Otherwise
to small. Bur we were just passing through to visit Olympia.

There was no fridge or microwave in our room. Very dusty on top of the headboard.

The location is superb and we had a beautiful view from the room.
The amenities are a bit old and unkept. Needs to remodel to justify the price.

Gananoque was pretty and a cute quaint town to walk around in
the first room I was in had tons of mold . the smell of mildew was thick in the air. it was incredibly hard to breathe. the front desk tried to argue about if there was mold. she eventually put me in a cottage across the street that had an inch thick dust on the top of the curtain

It was close to things so it was an easy walk everywhere.
Housekeeping was lacking. Muskie Jake's Restaurant needs improvements and cleaning. Prices don't match the quality of food. Staff were very pleasant though.

Very good...the scrambled eggs were perfectly made...staff very helpful and professional.
Everything!
I saw people complain about the fact there is no elevator...please read the hotel description...it says there is no elevator. And yes, you need to take the stairs. If you cannot take the stairs, tell the reception...they are very accommodating and most likely you will get a room at lower level.
The fact there is elevator gives this building is character. Everything is clean and very well maintained inside and in the room we were in.

The location of our room 103 was excellent we loved being near the water, the free breakfast is a great feature, the staff were very friendly, we love the area, we realize the INN is not new but it does need some TLC, thanks, we would visit again
the room needed some fixing , the showerhead was leaking all down the wall and if not looked after will cause mould issues, the entrance door needed painting as the paint was chipping off and we were carrying the chips of paint onto the carpet with our shoes, some stale air by times .
