Très bon accueil, très bon déjeuner et très propre

L’accueil du propriétaire, le charme de la maison et sa décoration intérieure, la thématique "voyage" propre à chaque chambre. Un petit déjeuner extraordinaire préparé et servit par notre hôte Normand.
Il faut bien trouver un détail dans la salle de bain : la cuvette du WC n'était pas équipée d'un couvercle.

The breakfast was delicious - little perfect touches! I wish I could bring that coffee home with me!
The only thing that fell a tiny bit short was the comforter - it was a bit scratchy on top so not super comfortable to sit on the bed, but it was very soft underneath.

super!!!! only thing was that was a bit stuffy for us. owner did put air on, but was not enough so we opened the window and was better. no complains at all. food was more than excellent and accomodations super! excellent host.

Wonderful place. Very clean and comfortable. Roomy well decorated home. Great breakfasts. Very pleasant and friendly host who was always available.

The room was very spacious! The breakfast was really good and the host was happy to prepare anything we wanted for us. The room was clean and very comfortable
When we arrived we had to call the host because nobody was at the door. The keys were in the letter box but as soon we called him everything went smoothly and easy to access.

Poor quality bed linen. .Tge sheets were a mixed blend material.

Decor was interesting.Everything was very comfortable and clean. Excellent full breakfast. The host was so accommodating helping us with dinner reservations, in spite of very limited English, we had a great time at the microbrewery.
A digital clock is always appreciated
when you get up in the middle of the night. Stairs could be a problem for some, though we were fine.

The breakfast was very good. Location was great. Very friendly atmosphere. A big plus for me was the shuttle service for the airport.

Owner Normand offers a pick up service and it was great to see him at the VIA Rail station following the earlier snow. I stayed in the themed Egypte Room which was very comfortable with a smart bathroom. The Gite is within walking distance of microbreweries offering food and other restaurants all of which were busy on a Friday evening. Next morning the breakfast was plentiful, refreshing and really tasty - yoghurt with granola followed by a cheese and ham omelette with accompanying fruit and toast. Thanks Normand for a lovely stay, all too short and for taking me to the coach station in yet more snow.

Beautiful house with brilliant themed rooms, right on the edge of the breweries!
The website stated this stay being bilingual, which didn't work out too well for us when I came only knowing English haha we made it work but it wasn't the easiest

Everything else! Great host. Normand is so accommodating and always willing to please. Immaculately beautiful property and room, very impressive. Great breakfast.
A bit farther from center of town than we prefer. Could use a TV in the room, even just a small one.

We stayed 2 nights, and we loved it! Clean, comfortable, quite. Normand is thenowner and the host, he prepares the breakfast and welcomes you, he will tell you where to go in the area. To be honest Normand is the man! We would definitely come back!

We walked to microbrewery - Hopera for dinner first night really good pizza and beer and Caramel dessert
We were in Saguenay for 2 nights - it’s 3 boroughs and Jonquire is a bit of a drive from fjord museum and Chicoutimi which seems to be centre of area

Normand was welcoming.
The room was spacious.
It was sparkling clean!
Breakfast was good and filling.
The isolation is a bit poor when it comes to the sound. You can easily hear voices or music in the morning.

Location, but we booked just prior to our time there, so that is on us.
