Was hopeful to find a monthly venue to stay to visit my daughter will continue the search

Breakfast was very good.. bed was very comfortable.

Price was high .. very noisy had teenagers both nights running in the hall

Pleasant and comfortable, I would definitely come here again.

Easy to get to,, could turn around to go the opposite direction on route 1, right away.

Great employees! Great bed!!

The breakfast was good. The coffee was great. Anastasia, Tony and the kind gentleman that checked us out are outstanding. Your staff are excellent!!

The bathroom faucet could use a good cleaning and a shine. The water saver toilet is not a great idea. I needed help from maintenance because stuff wouldn’t go down. The orange juice was so bad I couldn’t drink it.

It was fine. The staff was very friendly.

How the staff handled the water emergency.

Unfortunately, we had no hot water the first night (it was tepid) and totally cold the next morning. The staff was very accommodating and apologetic and credited our stay with a night.

Hampton Inn first time ive been . . and ill be looking forward . .to another stay .

Everything went as well as planned . . .recreation room was I spent . . I usually go swimming but the pool wasn't adult size. its good for a family of young ones though . . the room was good had good pressure on the shower . . for we spent 2nights there was very accommodating to the area we visited most which was Salem . .which was only a 10 min ride . . I didnt realize the weather was a factor as I left New York the temp was in 50 s and when we got to our destination . . there was snow . . .but to come around in the sun shiny weather . . would be a treat . .

only thing that was displeasing was . .. . the eggs . . the first breakfast was good scrambled eggs . . then the next day was a n omelet. same egg consistence . . I like fried eggs . . and the meat cheap sausage . .

A wonderful hotel just outside of Salem to plan a weekend escape

A pleasant amenity of an indoor pool, clean, well stocked with towels, easy access & a welcome break from the crazy of any day. Perfect for a bit of exercise or a relaxing swim

Work trip. Got to hotel at 10 pm and left at 5 each day. Would’ve been nice to see what was on tv

only half the stations on the TV worked. And there’s no guide button

Great getaway.

Breakfast was good, staff was great, walking distance to a great restaurant, we liked the cookies & bottled water: nice touch.

Did the job that was needed

Breakfast was good. Room was big enough for my wife myself and 4 year old son. In a great location to where I was headed.

Pillows were pretty bad. Needed to use three to get a pillow feeling when sleeping. Not a major issue since most hotels have crap pillows.

Breakfast was good and what you would expect for a hotel.. choices were better than most... I found the location a bit strange to navigate.seemed like the roads made you go south to go north.. that's what I thought 🤔

Nice and clean facility with good breakfast I would definitely recommend staying here

I loved this hotel, was very clean throughout. Friendly staff at the check in. The free breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had, grilled potatoes sausage and waffles were very good. Breakfast also went til 10am which was nice for late sleeper like us.

Can’t think of anything to complain about besides the price. Over $800 USD for 2 nights but probably because it was peak Salem season in October

Great place!

breakfast was awesome, rooms were very clean, all staff were helpful and pleasant at all times!!!! Ample parking is perfect for travelers like me!

Staff was helpful, but the rooms were damp and stinky. Like, for real. I won't be back.

The staff was able to easily switch our room after the first night; our first room was handicapped accessible, damp, stinky and the bathroom was pretty nasty.

The first night was a late check-in for us, and a Saturday, so I get having fewer room choices. But the room we got was on the first floor, was damp/humid, bathroom a little nasty, and it smelled like something I couldn't identify. It didn't really thrill me to spend $300+ on that for a night, with my kids in tow, no-less. The next two nights we had a room on the 5th floor, and upon initial check-in it was much better. But by the end of the second day, that same dampness and unknown smell returned.

Clean, comfortable spot for a fair price

The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. They even had EV chargers. We didn't use them, but that was a nice touch.

EV charging was a bit slow and a flat rate of $15, which is a bit high, especially for slow charging. Like I said, though, it was a nice touch to have them and had we needed it, I would have gladly paid the $15.
