Disappointed

Parking included in stay

Housekeeping didn’t clean our room any of the days we were there. Called for towels the second day and nobody ever came. Had to walk around the hotel to track down a housekeeper. Also, found two roaches on different days in our room!

Good place to stay for the day before going on a cruise out of Port of Miami.

We used the shuttle service provided by a 3rd party through you to go to the cruise port. They were very professional and got us to the port safely and quickly. The late day drink and snacks was wonderful and breakfast at Embassy Suites is always great.

Shuttle did not arrive after a 45 minute wait. Extremely hot so we ended up taking a taxi.

Établissement magnifique, proche de l'aéroport, parfait pour une escale avant de vadrouiller!

Suite très spacieuse, très bien équipée avec 1 chambre séparée. La literie était très confortable, même le matelas du canapé lit dans lequel ma fille de 16 ans a dormi était un vrai matelas ! Les fenêtres sont très bien isolées car nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit des avions. Le déjeuner était fabuleux, très divers, copieux et surtout très savoureux. La navette qui vous récupère à l'aéroport est également un plus très appréciable.

Lors de notre enregistrement, la personne à l'accueil n'a pas été très aimable, aucun sourire ni aucune explication, c'est dommage pour un premier contact avec les américains ! Heureusement la découverte de notre suite et le personnel du petit déjeuner le lendemain nous a réconcilié !!!

I really enjoyed my stay and the room was lovely.

The breakfast was good, happy hour was and I loved the courtyard

The food I ordered from Grill 305 was pricy for the size salmon I received

It was a great stay.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great! Dinner in restaurant was very good as well as the bar.

Great location to the cruise port and airport.

Close to the airport with shuttle to and from airport. Also close to the port of Miami cruise port with free shuttle from hotel.

Food was not up to standards in the breakfast area. Bugs the first night in the room and no shower gel, shampoo or conditioner in the shower.

But overall my stay was good the comfort of the bed was excellent

I like the idea that it was nice continental breakfast the time need to be extended to a later close time but overall my state was excellent

At check in it was just a little frustrating when I got there at midnight they told me that my room was canceled by someone which wasn't actually true

Overall a great place considering you stay for one night before or after the flight.

Clean room. Free complimentary drinks upon arrival. Good breakfast. TV has a lot of channels including ESPN (which worked out great during Hockey playoffs)

No free wifi unless you are a member. Encountered some 'interesting/odd characters'

Du personnel très souriant et à l'écoute. Des chambres spacieuses et confortables. Un emplacement pratique malgré le passage des avions. Cela était gênant lors des petits déjeuners pris à l'extérieur sinon aucun bruit dans la chambre.

Le manque de boisson non sucré au petit déjeuner et happy hour, un peu d'eau plate ou gazeuse aurait été apprécié. Le montant du parking journalier qui n'avait pas été mentionné sur le site.

Although we only spent one night at the Embassy Suites Miami we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was beautiful, clean and nicely located to our cruise port.

Our room was extremely cold and the only option given to us was to turn off the air completely.

Exceptional stay , Amy and Donald greeted me and made me feel very welcomed and safe during my stay.

Amy was above and beyond! I was happy to have her assist me on two different occasions. The pool was open late, I took a late night swim. Security told me the time it closed but didn’t rush me. Breakfast were exceptional and the wash machine option was great too.

I wish someone helped me with my bags to my room. I had two suitcases. Later in the evening I needed more quarters for the dryer. The man , younger tall man , bigger in size a little sassy gave me so much attitude when I asked for $1 in quarters from a 20 ($10,$5, four ones, and $1 in quarters) he’s said “THATS IT” the attitude was not needed. Breaking $20 sucks but have more change if your machine only takes quarters

Didn’t have breakfast. Left my husbands shaver behind called 5 times no answer at all. Not even the front desk. This isn’t a way to run a hotel.

The hotel, rooms, etc. Dark, and depressing.

It was very clean.

A couple employees unpleasantness. When we called and told them we would be arriving around 10am from getting off ship, asked if possible early check in if room is available they said yes, but then when we got there they charged us $80.00 for early check in.

All 5 of my kids grew up going to the embassy it’s our second home and we live 10 min away frm there

Everything but jasmin the hotel receptionist was who really made me feel like my stay there will be amazing she made me feel warm and welcomed especially if I was very sleepy from working all day and so my mind was pretty in and out lol but she took her time explained to me everything what I needed to know

Tolles Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten sowie die gute Verkerhsanbindung in alle Richtungen.

Die große Auswahl beim Frühstück sowie die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen.

Der tägliche sowie insbesondere der nächtliche Lärm von den hupenden vorbeifahrenden Zügen. Vom Fluglärm des benachbarten Groß-Flughafens MIA war im Gegenzug fast garnichts wahrzunehmen.

Staff,staff,staff. Everyone I came in contact had a smile and great attitude. For that reason alone I would return. We c

Had so much fun hanging out in the main area by the bar. I was able to sit at a table with friends for privacy but had access to the bar and restaurant. It was perfect for not having to leave the property at night. Staff really made the night.

Did hear some construction noises thru the walls at night. Not a big deal, my wife had no problem sleeping

Would def stay again. Comfy and fun.

Location is close to airport. Rooms are very large with comfortable beds. Pool area is nice.

I really can’t think of anything, lobby was a little loud at times but it didn’t affect us negatively. Oh the little balconies are laughable but didn’t bother me.

I felt the room was overpriced. The extra blankets an sheets were stained with a hard substance. Had to order clean ones
