No lo recomiendo para nada

Casi nada, supuestamente por los inconvenientes me dieron una habitación con vista al océano pero en realidad estaba súper lejos, la habitación era pequeña y muy sencilla para lo que cuesta una noche en ese hotel.

Pésima comunicación, me hicieron perder una noche, en recepción nunca me ayudaron, muy mal servicio al cliente, me fue pésimo con la comida, fue un desastre mi hospedaje, no lo recomiendo ni volvería jamás.

Exceptional staff with great service

The hotel was very accommodating with my request for a room change. Breakfast was had in a restaurant type setting which was open and airy with beautiful views. The rooms were clean, and the staff was exceptional.

For a family of three, the room with double beds did not have a sofa (instead it had just two individual chairs), and seemed a little dated

La posizione perfetta per visitare la città e l’aspetto generale del grattacielo, davvero affascinante. Possibilità di fare colazione in camera.

La camera non era affatto insonorizzata (nonostante il diciassettesimo piano si sentivano il traffico ed anche i vicini di stanza…). Personale troppo spesso non formato in modo adeguato. Ristorazione anch’essa inadeguata per modi e proposte. Servizi in generale non all’altezza di un cinque stelle (ad esempio nessun controllo pomeridiano della pulizia della stanza che infatti un giorno è stata rifatta solo dietro richiesta del cliente).

Localização pra quem vai ficar por Brickell, shopping do lado, apesar de pegar carro pra tudo em Miami. Cama confortável porém pequena. Gostei da experiência de ficar por lá, no bairro, não no hotel - até pq fiquei poucos dias e a intenção não era praia…

Para chegar a todos os quartos do hotel tem q pegar 2 elevadores; sobe até o 25 e depois pega outro para subir ou descer para os quartos. O vallet demora 5-10min, mas teve uma vez que levou 30min! Chuveiro com pouca pressão de água.

La piscine est très belle.

Le hall est très froid, beau mais impersonnel. Devoir passer par l'étage 25 pour accéder aux ascenseurs des chambres. Le sol de la salle de bain était sale. Il a fallu laisser l'eau couler 10 minutes dans la salle de bain pour qu'elle soit chaude. La vue mer est moyenne. De côté, entre les buildings.

Should of stuck to air bnb perfect example of why the hotel industry is dying.

Promised champagne checking in didn’t happen. Rude front desk is what we got. Promised 2 bottles of water a day didn’t happen! Was charged instead !!!

ninguna ayuda del personal que fuera porfisinal , solo culpar a nosotros de lgo ridiculo... el que tenga dudas que cheque ..."Yo tuve muchas reservas de Aka hotel pero compré desde un día antes porque llegábamos muy temprano el día siguiente con bebés y niños y quería entrar directo venimos de un viaje de brasil de muchas horas. Pero los tipos cancelaron como “no show” lo que es absurdo jamás me había pasado.. así que aparte tuve que pagar de nuevo más absurdo ya que ahora booking me cobró y ellos también... sucedió con todas las reservas mis amigos o sea... mucho dinero por errores... que puedo hacer?" "I had many reservations at the Aka hotel, but I bought from the day before because we were arriving very early the next day with babies and children and I wanted to go straight in since we were coming from a very long trip from Brazil. But the guys canceled it as a 'no show,' which is absurd, it had never happened to me before... so apart from that, I had to pay again, which is even more absurd since now Booking has charged me, and so did they... it happened with all my friends' reservations, I mean... a lot of money for mistakes... what can I do?"

Everything was great except checkout

Location was awesome!

Was given a late checkout by a gentleman at the front desk.came down early on checkout morning to confirm 12:30 check out with another lady at the front desk. Who tried to say we had to be out by 11:00 because they do not give late check outs it’s against company policy. I explained that I was given a late check out. She was rude and made it seem like I was lying. But reluctantly allowed the check out after embarrassing me. To my surprise At the 12:30 checkout time I was in a long line of people that were checking out. The lady seemed embarrassed that I was in her line after she had lied to me. Honestly i was shocked!

Great location in the heart of Brickell.

Big rooms and comfortable bed.

Bathroom is outdated. I think it’s a little overpriced. Seems more of a 225-$250/night.

Excelente ubicación. Es un poco trastorno el hecho de subir y volver a bajar, para acceder a tu habitación. Pasando por el lobby del piso 25 a cada rato. Piscina muy buena en el edificio adjunto. Wifi algo lento. Los empleados super amables. Habitaciones normalitas, el baño no es de 4 estrellas, ni de tres. A lo sumo de uno de dos estrellas. No es caro y es much9o alojarse ahí que en la zona de Beach, que a la noche ha cambiado bastante y hay gente chunga y mucha droga. La zona de restaurantes de Brickell es muy buena. Hay buen nivel.

Te cobran 45 Euros por día el valet parking. El balcón para desayunar lo abren cuando viene el encargado. Intentan cobrar extra de propina a cada rato. Ya resulta molesto

Overall i liked the hotel, but it could be better for the money you pay

Good location, with a nice view around, clean and spacious rooms, heated swimming pool was great.

There was an alarm error in the hotel 3 times that was disturbing, the phone in my room was not working so i had to go all the way to reception to ask what is going on.

Bene ma non benissimo.

La posizione è comoda per muoversi. La zona è carina con tutti servizi, tanti ristoranti e negozi. La nostra suite era grande con la vista pazzesca.

I servizi soprattutto il cibo sono di scarsa qualità a prezzi alti. Il servizio a colazione è molto lento, hanno perso il nostro ordine. La pulizia delle camere è scarsa, dovevamo sempre chiamarli prima di uscire dalla camera altrimenti non passavano a pulire oppure arrivavano tardissimo, circa 5 del pomeriggio.

Lovely location, clean modern hotel - I would return!

The location, the lounge area and friendliness of staff especially the guys who helped with luggage. We also loved the live music in the lounge on Tuesday night.

Having to go to the 25th floor via the lounge to another lift to get to the lift for the rooms and the pool was in another building next door which I did not realise. We had a room for 3-4 adults but the beds were small doubles so struggled to sleep comfortably with 2 to a bed.

El hotel impecable, con servicio de valet parking, picina agradable, excelente ubicacion y el personal disponible a solucionar cualquier tema. Felicitaciones a Sergio y Melike!
