Location and the people.
The Price for 3 *** stars was way over priced it was not the best value for money! Some other surrounding hotels are 4 stars and their rate is lower than this hotel, but no availability!!!

Free coffee and location
They offer an shuttle to the metro but don’t pick up the Phone for your return so then you need to walk…
Breakfast was included but you can’t call it a breakfast really bad and also bad service…and taxes etc are included in your booking at booking but hotel double charges so pay attention on this.

The room
The receptionist wasn’t friendly the day we arrived to the hotel

breakfast was good, proximity to metro, parking fees are ok
coffee packets were not refiled in the room - more packets of sugar, stirrers would be good to have

La gentilezza dei lavoratori
Lenzuola gialle e senza stirare, dovevo sempre chiedere le pulizie della stanza, per essere un Hilton non merita le stelle e nemmeno il prezzo.

Very comfortable- bed was warm and cozy especially after surgery. Stayed 3 nights.

Convenient and comfortable.
Laundry was a bit difficult. The cost of doing laundry was $2 per machine which isn’t the issue but needing 8 quarters per machine was. The front desk ran out of quarters which meant having to find other sources for quarter.

The heating unit was extremely loud and noisy. Every time the automatic timer cut off the unit made a very loud knocking noise.

It was a great stay at this hotel , staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was awesome , close to eating places just a short walk away. Train station was close, if you want to go to DC downtown to avoid the traffic. Parking was good with reasonable fee.

Nothing at all
Everything, the entrance to the hotel property off the highway is a few death trap. The garage entrance is so bad I almost hit my wheels. It’s so deep & narrow. The AC unit only works on motion that means I have to wake up every 10-15 mins to trigger the AC. Breakfast was very limited & coffee tasted bad. The bathroom shower isn’t clean. The elevators smells so bad inside. The property in general is oldish & for 200 per night is totally not worth it

The property was very clean and smelled good. The breakfast was delicious and the parking garage was convenient and had great access to the hotel.
What I didn’t like was the phone was in pieces in the room and I literally had to hold it together to make a call. If I had stayed longer I probably would have requested they change it, but because it was the one night I didn’t make a fuss about it.

clean, comfortable and convenient to many DC area attractions.
Walking paths to nearby restaurants and shopping was not easily accessible.

the room was spacious
it’s a lot of stuff just cluttered in the corner of the parking garage .

The staff were helpful, pleasant, and quick to provide assistance.
Charging for what are standard amenities most places, Wifi, a bottle of water, and breakfasts are pretty much complementary at most of the mid-range hotels I've stayed at in the past 5 years. Everybody knows they're paying for those things in the room rate, but room costs at this establishment were no less than what I'm accustomed to. To have to pay additionally for piddly things normally included was annoying. Linen changes and room cleaning only after five days of occupancy, or upon special request, may reflect labor constraints caused by COVID, but no trash pick-up and replacement of drinking cups on a daily basis can make a room pretty squalid pretty quick - especially when the drinking vessels are paper. Finally, get the ice machine on the 4th floor fixed.

Breakfast had a lot of variety but coffee was awful
