Complete breakfast--several choices. Great location. Dawn, the owner, is lovely -- a warm-hearted , open person. She made us feel right at home.
The weather-- it rained off and on all day. We were hoping to spend the day enjoying the park, so we had to settle for the interesting sights around the lovely town of Wakefield. We can't blame Dawn for the weather, though.

Dawn was a wonderful host. She welcomed us as we pulled into the drive and immediately made us feel at home for our stay. Breakfast was creative and well done. We will likely return in the future.

The breakfast was superior to most bfast included in quality, variety of options and room service was a nice bonus so we didn't have to be fully ready before eating.
Google maps sent us only to the end of the road for strange reason (out of your hands). We managed with the address afterwards so all is good. No complaints.

The owner of this B&B Dawn, was so incredibly lovely and accommodating to my boyfriend and I when we stayed here after a wedding. She provided dairy free options for my boyfriend and even gave us a free room upgrade! She always made her self available to contract in case we had any questions or concerns (we didn't), and I feel she did everything she could to make our stay exceptional, which it was! Would most definitely recommend this B&B to stay in if you are in the area or are looking for a quiet place to stay while you tour the beautiful countryside of Wakefield. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend here, but will definitely be coming back. Also the breakfast options for highly impressive and both my boyfriend and I enjoyed both our breakfasts and our stay!

Clean and cozy bed and breakfast in beautiful Wakefield! Dawn is such a tentative and gracious host and makes you feel at home. Her property is a two minute walk to Riverside (the main street in town) and hiking trails are right behind the property, so it's the perfect location if you want to explore the town for a little getaway. Breakfast was fantastic and we loved all of the options available! Thanks again!

Dawn is an exceptional host, she made us feel home and catered with an amazing breakfast, even provided every equipment for an evening BBQ. The B&B is located in a quiet street with a trail just around the corner. Wakefield is a pretty little town with everything one would need.
The place is somewhat dated but everything works though. Walls are thin which decreases privacy.

Awesome B&B , well located to walk anywhere in Wakefield.The Host and Owner, Dawn is amazingly helpfull , kindly generously ressourful and friendly...Rooms are well equiped, and have balcony...Backyard Tiki bar area with a bbcue is an added bonus...I recommend 100%...

Lovely clean room in an old house. It has antique furniture and a very cosy village feel. Dawn is great and super helpful with organising our activities and making reservations. We would love to come back!
