Check in / out was very easy. Location was terrific. Out the door and a short walk to the main shopping/dining area and the Royal George Theater. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff complied with all requests.
Carpet in the bedroom was worn; but I don't sleep on the floor, so it was a non issue!

Friendly staff, room cleanliness, central location.
A/C in bedroom may need filter change or cleaning--smells of mold when running.
Hotel lobby also "moldly smell"; old carpets--may need updating.

Loved the room location and comfort of room and bed.
The bathtub was really slippery when wet. Dangerous for older adults.

The location and quaintness.
The only obstacle was blowing the fuses by using the in house blow dryer. Boyfriend found fuse box and was able to trip it back on ...

Beds were clean and comfortable. Excellent location.
Cleanliness could have been better. Cob webs and dirty windows.

Like the location. like that there was free parking. like the room was clean and comfortable. Liked there was a fridge, coffee with real coffee mugs, free wifi. Liked that there were clean robs, hair dryer, iron with iron board. liked the extra pillows and comfortable bed. liked that there was soap, shampoo n conditioner. Love that there are two comfortable chairs.
Love the size of the tub/shower, towels were awesome.
Didn't like the fridge on the floor, no free TV, no free movies, no toilet brush.
The one thing that left me disappointed was, after I left in the morning about 10 min after I remembered I left food I bought the night before in the fridge, when I returned 10 min later I was told that it had been thrown away In the garbage. It was good food and only 10 min after I had left, there was not a "maybe hold it for alittle bit since it's good food" they may return.
I was so disappointed.
But, it was my fault for leaving it, but the fridge on the floor I didn't remember to look and take the food In the fridge.
Disappointed yes, but it was definitely a nice overnight stay.
My first time and was left overall satisfied.
Thank you

We loved the robes and the pool at the Prince of Wales. Also the location and proximity to shops and restaurants was fantastic.
Would have liked the pop machine and lobby Keurig to be in order.

The housekeeping and front desk staff representatives were very helpful. The location of the Inn in the town was very good. The bed was comfortable.
We made reservations several months in advance of our stay and at the time requested the room where we had stayed the year before. A telephone conversation assured me that we would have that room. When we checked in we were given a different room and the clerk said that she had seen the note about the room and didn't understand why our request and the promise of the room was not honored. We were very dissatisfied with the room we were given and dissatisfied with the management for not following through with their agreement.

The location, free parking and use of the indoor pool at the neighboring hotel.
As per reviews, the hotel is extremely dated and overdue for an upgrade. The first thing you notice is the carpets, they are dirty and threadbare; there is very poor security - with many externals doors to the street and Carpark not locked at night. While not a problem for me, most of the rooms are up a flight of stairs, and there is no elevator. We booked two rooms - the first room had just had the air conditioner upgrades, and so that was quiet and worked well. The carpet in this room however was wet in patches (possibly from the removal of the old unit), and the room smelled so damp and musty. The second room, had an ancient air conditioning unit, and it was too loud to actually use. It took staff 2 days to provide a fan. After complaining about the unit, there were no other rooms to relocate to - and the manager offered ear plugs as his solution (my parents wete less than impressed to say the least). At least their room didn’t smell though.
Overall the property was old and run down.

The hotel badly needs renovating. The carpets are thread bear. The chairs are almost antique

lumpy sofa- a minor problem

Location to downtown. also rooms was comfortable
Had to pay for 2 rooms since no rooms available with 2 double/ queen beds to take 3 adults in one room. Overall cost for 1 night was expensive. Also had to pay extra for breakfast ie $25/ each.

Loved the location. Rooms were spacious and water was hot!
Room was not ready at 3pm. Came back twice before it was ready. Kind of annoying considering that is their check in times so to spend most of your day waiting to check in puts a damper on your day.

The staff was helpful
THE TV didnt work couldn't change channels. No coverings for windows and was up by 6 am due to so much light coming in that we just got up and checked out.
