La posizione dell'albergo ottima, all'angolo della 8a avenue e 49 strada. I materasssi molto confortevoli. La stanza abbastanza grande. Lo staff delle pulizie.

Lo staff della reception all'arrivo poco cordiale e helpful. L'arrivo in generale è stato abbastanza caotico e stressante.

Loved it...would recommend it...would well and truly stay again

After lots of research we chose the Kimpton Theta Hotel, its combination of reviews, location, and interior style being part of our decision. Our room was spacious. (We changed rooms after our 1st night as we were by the elevator and was adjoining room and it was noisy, but the hotel team accommodated our request for a room change very promptly, in fact that next morning we moved) The hotel has a 'mix and mingle' over a complimentary glass of wine in the evenings. It was popular with ourselves and the other guests. They also had complimentary drip coffee to get you started in the mornings. We stayed for a week, and we begun to feel like it was home. The staff are the best here! friendly and relaxed. Did I mention the cool mid century interior styling!

Not about our stay that we didn't like. We did have two hiccups while we stayed (the noisy adjoining room by the elevator and our air conditioning stopped working one day). But in great customer experience, these concerns were very quickly addressed by the team. It is this sort of service that demonstrates a true level of care....quick and efficient, and nothing a problem.

Great hotel for a family trip in NYC !

Superbe hotel moderne et confortable. Chambre au 10eme étage très belle est assez grande pour la ville de New York. La literie est très confortable et la chambre bien équipée. Le personnel est vraiment adorable.

Manquent juste le petit dejeuner sur place voire un restaurant mais nous le savions avant d’arriver et il y a largement de quoi faire pour le petit dejeuner ou le diner a proximité de l’hôtel.

It was not our first visit to New York and this hotel was by far the best we had experienced.

Great position, spacious room, great bed with comfortable bedding and pillows, quiet, great staff. Everything it was a perfect stay.

EXCELENTE HOTEL, buena ubicación y muy confortable.

Las camas extraordinarias, limpieza impecable, habitación amplia, buena ubicación para una primera visita a NY y bicicletas disponibles sin costo.

Que no tiene restorán y que el precio para 2 adultos y 2 niños SOLO incluye desayuno para los adultos. El hotel tiene convenio con un restorán (a 1 cuadra) para este ítem. Y que muy cerca de una bomba de bomberos por lo que suena la sirena permanentemente .

Very good stay for business trip and fun. Worth to stay there.

Location is fantastic, room size is very good with nice tale to work and nice sofa, comfortable bed, well decorated, very clean and nice staff. Bathroom has good mirror with good light for make up.

Şehrin kalbinde güzel bir otel

Otelin konumu son derece iyiydi, hatta beklentimin üzerinde olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Oda temizdi. Yatak çok rahattı. Her sabah ücretsiz olarak kahve verilmesi çok iyiydi.

Gece yangın alarmının çalması ve bu konuda bir uyarı yapılmaması önemli bir sorun oldu. Otele ilk geldiğimiz anda kredi kartımı istemeleri ve her hangi bir zarar halinde depozito olarak teminat olarak 600 $ çekilmesi beklediğim bir durum değildi açıkçası. Oysa ki her gün oda görevlisi odayı kontrol ediyordu.

Super Lage in lautem Unfeld

Absolut fantastische Lage. Zimmer klein aber gut aufgeteilt. Betten super bequem. Trinkwasser auf den Gängen. Deposit der Koffer ohne Entgelt (sehr selten) möglich. Fahrdienst zum Flughafen approx 145 USD buchbar. Kaffee - nennen wir ihn so, aber das scheint ein amerikanisches Thema zu sein - morgens kostenfrei, aber nur Kaffee oder Tee. Cappuccino kostet 7 USD oder so. Stylisches Haus.

Zimmer in höheren Etagen empfindlich teurer, lohnt sich aber nicht wirklich, das Hotel hat nur 15 Stockwerke inmitten richtiger skyscrapers. Das Empfangspersonal ist tatsächlich so unfreundlich wie in den anderen Rezensionen beschrieben und damit waren es die einzigen, die mir so in NY begegnet sind. Ein Haus an der 8th Ave ist dem Lärm der Straße kpl ausgeliefert, ich weiß nicht, ob andere Häuser besser isoliert sind. Ich empfehle Oropax.

Die Top-Lage ist das Highlight.

Die Lage ist absolut top! Wir hatten Broadway-Shows und Rangers-Spiel fussläufig. Auch sind viele U-Bahnen dicht. Die Betten sind bequem. Am Abend gibt es eine Stunde Frei-Getränke und am Morgen Frei-Kaffee.

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, wir waren zu viert. Es gibt keinen Platz für einen Stuhl, also haben wir immer auf den Betten gesessen. Aber da wir viel unterwegs und wenig im Zimmer waren, ist es nicht sehr schlimm. Es gibt kein Restaurant/Bar, nur einen kleine Frühstücks-Ecke mit kleinem Angebot. Das Personal am Empfang und die Reinigungskräfte sind freundlich, die Kollegen in der Frühstücks-Ecke eher unfreundlich.

La ubicación era perfecta, a un paso de todo. Felicito a Charles por toda su ayuda para coordinar nuestra salida.

No había desayuno en el hotel, no había room service, el aseo no era malo, pero tampoco excelente.

Amazing

It was amazing! I spend 5 days in the hotel and i loved the hotel and the team. Good location, room cleaned every day, great size for staying alone or as a couple and without noise. The Wi-Fi worked all the time, which was great, because when I chose to stay at this hotel I read all the reviews to find out if the Wi-Fi really worked in the rooms and it works perfectly.

When I did the check in the attendant told me that I would have to pay 500 dollars just for security and at the time I didn't understand very well, but it was just a precaution in case I spent anything more on the hotel. As soon as I did the check-out they informed me that I will receive a refund and it is no longer showing on my credit card. Everything it's fine =)

Excellent location for theatre, close to subway, nicely renovated, clean rooms and friendly staff!

Room was nicely renovated. Enjoyed the coffee and wine in the lobby.

Shower head was rainfall only, so not the greatest water pressure.

Loved every single bit of our stay!

Location was perfect for us. Walking distance to all the good spots in NYC and just a short troll to the subway-perfect!

I will not choose this hotel brand again.

It was clean

Too expensive for what you get. Hotel staff are not helpful at all very bad attitudes. Room gets cleaned very late in the day. No breakfast, no room service.

New hotel- but Security is lacking.

New property, extremely comfortable beds, lovely lobby, and complementary coffee each morning.

Security is lacking. During our stay, we actually had someone come to our door and tried to enter our room. Luckily our door was locked and when we asked who they were, we were told that the front desk had sent them up for a delivery. We had not requested a delivery. We did inform Security, but I was very surprised that a delivery person will be allowed upstairs to a guest room.

Le personnel a l’accueil n’est pas aimable (ni au front desk ni à la conciergerie) L’hôtel ne propose pas de petit-déjeuner mais une carte pour aller prendre un petit-déjeuner à l’extérieur; 25$ seulement par personne pour 2 petit-déjeuner….autant dire qu’à New York vous n’avez pas grand chose avec prix!!! Du coup c’est du vol car nous payons un package avec petit-déjeuner qui finalement l’existe pas!!!
