Location is very close to lots of excellent restaurants and shopping.

Breakfast was better than the usual fare at hotels and there was some variety from day to day. Coffee was always hot (that's been a problem at other hotels.) Staff was very accommodating.

Cleaning the room every other day. I suppose I am not environmentally friendly, but I like fresh towels daily. However, they did bring them when asked.

Location

Wrong bed size, I reserved a King, was given a queen. When I called the front desk I was told "it was a King." Nothing was done about it! The carpet floor was wet as if a carpet cleaner was used..

Comfortable and affordable with friendly staff

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good an a lot to choose from

I had a wonderful time and the staff were all a joy to interact with!

The waffles were delicious and loved the option of having smaller waffles. The pool was also in a good location in relation to the sun also the curtains gave great sun coverage and even allowed the option of translucency.

This is a great place, especially for the business traveler!

the rooms are very nice, and arranged really well for the business traveler. looks like it has been pretty recently remodeled, and did a great job on the noise insulation as well as functionality. Very friendly staff!

They need to update a few of the rooms...toilet seat tubs just slightly worn

The hotel itself was nice. The room was clean & very comfortable. The staff was also nice and friendly when checking-in and checking out. It was a smooth & simple process.

My only problem was the smell. When I walked in the room there was a strong smell that appeared to be coming from the bathroom. It smelled like sewerage. When the bathroom door is closed, you can’t smell it so I kept the bathroom closed until I got ready to use the bathroom.

Exceptional

While it's conveniently next to the I-10, it's super quiet. Lots of restaurants and shopping very close by and easy to access. Hotel staff are absolutely fantastic! There's a laundry room and the front desk keeps quarters to help you out.

The only 2 things I'd recommend is please put some WD40 on ALL the doors - they creak something awful. And increase the water pressure - the shower felt like I was chasing water drops to rinse off.
