I’m still waiting to have my card reimbursed for the additional money that was debited for incidentals.

The room we had seemed small. Other than that it was good.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet. A very large tv with a wonderful picture.
We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was actually very good. Lee, in particular, has excellent people skills. The breakfast..we are quite familiar with the Smitty's Restaurant in Prince Albert, so we went there for our meals. My wife stayed in the room, while I travelled to Big River, for their festival there, so I spent very little time in the room.
Location; right next door to the casino, so there was constant activity until all hours through the hallways, and common areas. Also, I forgot to mention at checkout, that the toilet in our room was loose on its mounting to the floor, which could allow sewer gases to escape into the room! Not good!

They do not serve breakfast. If they included a continental breakfast then it would be a top notch hotel.

Rooms were very clean, and staff was friendly and helpful.
Wish the water slide could have been on the whole time not only after 4 and not having a hot tub to sit in was kind of a bummer.

It's been one day and I haven't gotten my Deposit the money back. I called yesterday and they told me it would take a while.

location was good, ample parking, pool, restaurant and skywalk to the casino made the stay easy.
Staff were very friendly and professional. check in and check out easy and quick. food at lulus was great. not like the pictures advertised throughout property but was tasty.
The pool area was not cleaned at all. bandaids, hair, wristbands, garbage, dirty water sitting on concrete everywhere. hot tub had brown film in the mass amounts of foam. waterslide only runs 4-10 pm.
Someone pooped on the floor in the bathroom of the pool area and unsure how long it had been there as there were no signs of the pool area cleaned at all.
There is no way the pool area could have gotten as dirty as it was in one day by the time we checked in at 3 and was still the same condition other than new towels when we checked out at 11 the next day.
Double bed room was very small. not big enough to fit 4 humans in. 2 adults and 1 child were pushing the limit.
The carpet in the room was dirty, and we found random hairs throughout the room, in the bedding, the sink, the tub etc.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming
We were booked originally on first floor but they informed me on check in they were going to move me to 3rd floor due to hockey tournament going on so to limit the noise for my family (unfortunately they put me in a hallway filled with hockey families who used the hallway as a hockey arena). The chlorine from the pool was so strong it burned my eyes throughout the hallways and pool area. The cleaning in the hotel room was so atrocious it was disgraceful. I own a cleaning company myself, and if my staff left the bathrooms looking that way they wouldn’t have a job for very long. Soap scum and film left all over shower, tub and sink because they clearly don’t know how to properly remove it. On a 3 day stay they couldn’t wipe up the juice spill my daughter made on the nightstand when they made the bed. The bathroom sink barely drains. The window has finger prints all over it from previous guests. For what I paid for my 3 nights I definitely do not think the value was there. Then add the pool area, they have a gentleman who sits and attends the area but doesn’t actually do anything to control the area but rather watches the women in their bathing suits instead. Meanwhile the hockey kids running wild, overflowing the water slide by plugging up the bottom with bodies, kids running and falling (getting hurt). The hot tub foam was beyond disgusting that one night in there and I wasn’t getting back in there any other night. The water slide has zero control so kids are just flying down with no idea when to go and when not to so my son kept having children flying into his back. Overall I wasn’t impressed by this hotel.

communication is a huge issue here, from a poorly posted sign on the hot tub to not being told we needed a wrist band to be in the pool… being yelled at after we had been in the pool
for an hour prior to being told we required a wrist band and waiver - Check in didn’t tell us any of this. The sign on the hot tub saud closed until 3:00. It was 6 so we were using it. The pool guy tries to light me up so I pointed to the sign and had him read it aloud. Then I said are we going to get ill from the hot tub now??? and it was after this unpleasant interaction that we were kicked out to get a wrist bracelet. In the meantime some older teens were scaring kids in the pool being loud and throwing things around. Maybe they had wrist bands because no one addresses their behaviour.
