as someone who travels a LOT for work, I can honestly say that this is an amazing spot to stay.
the breakfast was far and away the best I have ever had at a BNB.
Suzi (the host) was engaged and very personable. the room was very well appointed, and her binder of local and inn related information was amazing.
not Suzi’s fault, but booking.com showed that the room had a bathtub ensuite.
there was one (shared) available

Breakfast was excellent. The owner/operator/manager was engaging. Sitting room/parlour and decor was comfortable and appropriate to the period of the house. Linens on the bed were wonderful. The toiletries were appreciated.
The room was smaller than expected for the price charged. It was more suitable for one person than a couple, especially during the winter offseason.

it is a beautiful and very comfortable house. I arrived there at night after a difficult bike trip in the pouring rain. The hostess was very welcoming, dried my clothes and fed me. It felt like paradise.
the warm welcome, the beauty of the place.

Breakfast was amazing. The Inn is lovely and filled with history.
I didn’t love that people were on the balcony right by our windows when we were getting ready for bed.

Attention to detail in every possible way! Upper and low front porches for sitting and relaxing! Loved that since there are no bugs the windows do not require screens unless requested by a guest! Breakfast is very filling and delicious! Old historic building with all the antiques and antiquated feeling.
Nothing it is a wonderful getaway! I can't wait to escape there again for a few days!!!

Suzi is an amazing host and generously put me in another room to give me some much needed quiet time that had its own private patio.
The breakfast was delicious (omelette with spinach and goat cheese and avocado slices on top), rosemary potatoes, and a fresh berry/cherry mix of fruit plus coffee/tea and fresh juice. I truly felt welcomed and the Inn really is so close to the quaint town and so close to Sensea Nordic Spa!
Absolutely no complaints!
