Good not Great

Good value, nice pool and hot tub. Beds were comfy and rooms were sound proof. Slept great.

The breakfast was pretty weak considering it was 7$+tax per person.

Don’t stay here unless you have no other choice!

There’s not much to like unless you have kids and they want to swim.

We arrived on motorbikes and were put in a room overlooking the HOT pool area. Our A/C didn’t work, we had to fill buckets of ice to try and stay cool, it was 31 degrees when we arrived. The fridge was unplugged, which we didn’t notice until the morning when all of our stuff was hot and some of it went bad, the wall power outlets also didn’t work. When we arrived, I tried to call the front desk for over 10 minutes but no one would answer. We walked over there and were told they couldn’t move us because they were full. It was 5:30pm, I’m pretty sure not everyone had checked in, we easily could have been moved. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO!!!!!!!!!

Disappointed

Staff and cleaning person were very nice and welcoming. But that was all that I liked. There’s nothing else I liked about the hotel.

Very old building and needs major upgrades. Had single plane windows and very old carpet and bedding and stuff. Also one exercise bike, one treadmill and one elliptical is not worth advertising a workout room. There was not one single weight and the room looked like it was an old closet. Very small room.

It was clean and the staff was friendly.

I didn’t like that the other guests where allowed to gather and drink anywhere and everywhere around the property. There was a party basically in the area outside of the elevator all night. (Right outside my door) When we got up to go eat breakfast there was pizza boxes and beer cans everywhere. I get hockey weekends are busy, but not everyone was there for that. it was chaotic. Forget trying to use the pool, which was the reason we chose this hotel.

underwhelmed!

beds were comfy

steps from reception up to main floor. Very awkward with heavy suitcase - not good. There was no one on reception when we arrived. We had to wait quite a while. The room was freezing cold when we got in. Took quite a while to warm up. we were sitting there wrapped up in thick coats. Whole place, decor and rooms were very jaded and outdated. One face cloth had stains on it. Some bed linen had stains on it. Carpet badly stained.

Bath was filthy, grime on bath. Sink took a long time to drain. Room was old and dated.

Nice hotel. Easy to park motorcycle. Staff moved our room closer to our friends.

Continental breakfast should have been included, not $7.00 extra.

It was ok pool area was too hit and the air conditioning they have rigged is ghetto.

location was great to walk for food.

Air conditioning unit stopped working after a few hours due to every single one in the building running. All of the hot air they expel into the pool area making the pool not refreshing.

room was looking over the pool. The pool area was hot since it is in closed so the room AC couldn't work. Room was too hot all the time.

good for a short stay, comfy but noisy.

Very comfy bed and great bathroom. Cutlery and plates were also much appreciated.

It wasn’t totally clean on the beds and floors, and there were huge AC noises and vibrations from other rooms and outside our room, very difficult to sleep with that, unfortunately.

Enjoyed it, would stay again.

Pool was awesome! Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Towels were nice and soft, and the coffee at breakfast was surprisingly delicious!

We expected a bit more from the breakfast (it being an extra charge per person), but it was fine overall.

Very good

it was easy access to the highway , very clean and comfortable. wifi worked great on the phone but not on husbands work computer but he just plugged in his hotspot and it was fine . the staff are super friendly and welcoming would definitely recommend this hotel :)

Not the best value in the area.

Wifi kept jumping out forcing a complete restart. Never got my reports in but watch the Canucks win in Seattle.

Poor

The location is great.

The uncleanness of the bathroom and toilet. The shower curtain was wrinkled. When I got there the ac was on and it was freezing in the room. The pool was cooler than it should have been. They don't offer a continental breakfast for the price you pay. The rooms are outdated even on the 3rd floor and for a room with a king size bed I was not happy.
