A good place to stay for a few days when you come to Ottawa. We (my family and I) just stayed there a second time, and we are quite happy with the service, Recommend to all!

The staff are very friendly and accommodated us with everything even more. Really warm and down to earth people to help you the most they can. Maid made sure we had everything we needed everyday 😌

The location is a little far but the place itself makes up for it!

Internet was good and room are clean and spacious.

Heating system was way to effective that even after reducing the temperature it was still maintaining high temperature which makes hard to survive in hot room. Also at some point warm water supply stopped. Besides this it was an awesome experience. Thank you for your service.

its weird , staff will call you before arrival and ask to pay. seems they are in a hurry to leave ,, pathetic service,, no confidentiality
