Quick one night stay for business and it was a great value and met all of our needs.

Location was perfect and easy to get to.

The tub did not drain well at all and when we arrived there was no at the front desk. After waiting or 10-15 minutes we called the front desk and someone came out from the back right away.

Emplacement parfait. Hôtel très moyen.

Emplacement parfait à proximité du Loop, et desservi par plusieurs lignes de bus très centrales.

Équipements datés et en mauvais état (lavabo feel - rideau de douche décroché - robinets pleins de calcaire…). Pas de salle de petit déjeuner. Des préparations sous vide à consommer dans le hall. Heureusement la boulangerie Paris Baguette mitoyenne permet un vrai petit-déjeuner assis et plaisant.

Buena situación y las habitaciones tienen un tamaño considerable. En plena Michigan Av aunque a un paseo del centro

El desayuno muy mejorable. Es en la misma zona que recepción lo cual no es muy agradable

El hotel es antiguo, que no ha tenido renovaciones. La Habitación era de buen tamaño, lo mismo que el baño, pero el precio no refleja el alto costo. El sistema de cierre de las puertas era muy fuerte, por lo que se escuchaban los "portazos" de las otras habitaciones; en el baño, imagino por sistema de ventilación, se escuchaba conversaciones de otros lugares.

El precio versus la calidad, es un hotel antiguo, donde prácticamente no hay servicios, no tiene restaurant.

The location is ok for the price, but I would recommend finding some place else in the north of downtown Chicago (the Loop), as it would be closer to the best restaurants. This hotel is really vlose to the Shed Aquarium and the Field Museum.

The room was kind of cramped for four people. Although they have two elevators it seems only one was working and it was crowded. Breakfast is included but one cannot really consider breakfast coffee and a small snack.

Convenient and comfortable.

Location worked well for us. It was convenient for public transport, the lake shore, museums and good restaurants. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room didn’t have hot water for the shower. We did mention this at the time. Over the 5 days of our stay, the room was only serviced twice and then on consecutive days. Consequently we ran out of toiletries, coffee and dry towels. Long waits for the lifts/elevators.

Disappointing

The location and price are ok. The room and bathroom were very clean. But make sure you test the AC unit before unpacking your luggage. The unit on room 806 makes an extreme noise. Unable to get a good rest.

AC Unit needs to be replaced. The noise it makes is extreme.

First trip to Chicago

Everything was in walking distance. It felt safe to walk at any time.

Room didn't have a Bible, or microwave, and the bed was comfortable for one person but when second person got in bed it was very uncomfortable constantly feeling like you would fall out. Even on the 6th floor you could hear everything from outside.

The location was perfect and the price was resonable.

Shattaf were not set in the toilet, it would be excellent if they set this facility in the hotel toilets, it would be great and attractive for Arab and muslim people.

a downtown hotel could be cleaner, and in better shape. there were molds in the bathroom that we have to change the room the the new room also got mold under neath the door. there was not a continentsal breakfast but just coffee and bars n muffins .

Good location, near the Aquarium and Field Museum.

Dirty windows that you can barely see through, very loud AC, cockroaches in the bathroom in the night.. not what I would expect for this price.

The room smelled I reserved a queen bed but got a standard. Would of liked to be warned of the valet price of 50 bucks beds not comfy tiny pillows

They didnt bother to service our room while we were there. It worked out ok this time for us.

Really bad

We were told that the room would fit 4 people where as the beds were too small. It hards fits 2 people. And when we complained about it at the reception, they said that we do not have a bigger room. However in the midnight, I get a message from the hotel customer care saying that they do have the bigger room. But we were not provided with the appropriate accomodations and Ia m looking for full refund. This is insane!

the floor i was on reeked of marijuana and cigarettes. very hard to breathe . affected my lungs as a pregnant woman. housekeeping policy sucked.

Great location and affordable

Wasn’t really breakfast. Just coffee and yogurt. Kids loved it but I’m lactose

We got the hotel super late and everything was fine. Except we didn’t have any hot water. Went to bathe my kids and it’s was just cold. We were so tired we just didn’t care and went to bed. I tried in the morning for myself and still cold.

Nice staff, convenient location

The staff here was super friendly and always willing to help. Free breakfast and coffee every morning was really nice to have before heading out for our day.

Hotel could use a little maintenance. The toilet was loose and would move every time you sat down. Paint peeling off the bathroom door. I think they should also update the coffee maker to a Keurig for those who spend mornings in their room.
