Ok overall. Shuttle service from airport ended too early for me to get back that evening.

Ok, but I was not expecting to pay for the meal considering the cost of the room. I did not find anything special about the food.

Meal for breakfast should have been free.

Does the job for a quick sleep

Close to airport

Location is near airport but very industrial and noise comes in through the windows. Rooms were clean but dated and there was quite a lot of dust behind the a/c vents

Will stay here if it is a must otherwise skip it

Did not have B/F. OVERNIGHT STAY to catch a flight.

Service and attention to detail. Waited for than 20 min at the car rental for shuttle rude of 5 min.

Didn’t really spend much time there. It was about a 12 hour turnover most of which I was sleeping.

Nickeled and Dimed

The only thing I liked was the dinner I purchased with cash on March 25

Being charged for breakfast twice for the same breakfast.. Renovations and smell of urine on first floor due to renovations near restrooms. No amenities I was on 2nd floor and it was noisy and the morning I left I couldn't relax with the noise. Checkout was 12noon. House keeping was knocking at the door at 10.30 AM to clear me out .I told her I wasn't ready. I was set to travel internationally and needed to get ready at my own pace. left the room at 11:45AM.

Decent stay, great location.

Check-in was super easy and the receptionist was so nice. The location was very close to the airport, so if you have an early flight it's ideal.

All of the hidden charges. I thought this room would cost me $200 max for 1 night but it cost me nearly $250 due to hidden fees. Yes, it's pet-friendly, but there's a fee. Yes, there's included breakfast, but it's also not free, because there's a hidden $17 fee. Tax fees, all sorts of fees, made this trip a lot more expensive than I'd thought. I wish they would be CLEAR about all of the hidden fees.

Eh for a quick stay

Proximity to airport. They should me tin its in an industrial area. Truly a hotel to spend the night coming in from a late flight or leaving early.

Didn't answer my question in this app. Advertise shuttle, but none was available. Construction in lobby. Front desk could have used another person. Checkin line was about 10 people and no space as lobby is under construction.

Comfortable and convient, very understaffed.

The rooms were comfortable

Arrived during advertised shuttle hours and told the shuttles wasn’t running and 4 in the afternoon. Noted it was running an hour later. Only one person on the desk, was in line for checkin for more then half an hour after traveling nearly 24 hours. Water damage in the lobby, ceiling was literally falling down. Room wasn’t cleaned and no fresh towels.

Overall 8/10 stay! I would recommend! Would’ve been a 10 without the construction.

Tons of construction inside hotel, Breakfast not included, Original room tv wasn’t working but they quickly switched us to a new room.

Good choice for an overnight stay for an early morning flight

Checking in took two minutes if that. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was on time

They didn’t take the trash at all . Smell bad

Staff was rude . And they changed fees also they didn’t accept my husband member number because I was the one I did the reservation his wife .

Leaving the place

Our room had no power in the room . They turn the power on 8:30am then while I was in the shower I slip because they shut off the power . WiFi did not work , bush shuttle to and from the hotel was out of service . Staff at the front were rude and racist . They did not care that I had to shut the power off

A bit expensive for an outdated facility, but a great option for an overnight layover

Loved how close it was to the airport, and the shuttle to/from the airport was so convenient!

The rooms are just outdated. Could use some fresh carpet and furniture, but overall it was clean and comfortable.

They had overbooked and they sent us to another hotel 20 mins away even though we had picked them for proximity to airport.

reservation was cancelled and transferred to another hotel because the hotel I booked had rain damage from a simple rainy day. the new hotel was in a worse location and instead of 2 beds as booked there was just 1.
