Very good

Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was good, convenient. The location was close to where we needed to be.

We received a call that said "due to overbooking, we were not going to get the king bedroom I had reserved. The desk clerk however gave us what we had reserved.

I visit the area often. I will not return to your establishment.

I requested a king handicapped room. The room was not ready at 2:00. I was asked to return at 3:00, the room would be ready. It was not. I was offered a queen room, which I refused. Ended up with a regular king room. My husband could not shower, no hand rails to hold on to. No apologies, no discount offered.

vacay excellence

It was convient to downtown Bluffton and Hilton Head. the room was very nice for 5 people and beds were excellent.

nothing just wish some had 2 bathrooms.

The location was good. The rest was not.

Location, staff was friendly, facilities were clean, the pool was nice.

Very poor/nonexistant Wi-fi. Difficulty checking in due to the system being down. Breakfast was disappointing...limited options and food was gone early. Was unable to do delayed check out. Inadequate sheets provided for pull-out couch. 'Suite' room was small and laid out poorly. No toiletries provided. Overall facilities were outdated.

The shower was great; the pillows and mattress were incredibly comfortable.

The sheer curtain in the room looked like it had never been ironed. The dining room staff was not very friendly. The noise transfer between floors is horrible.

The location is not too far from the beach.

The breakfast menu need to switch up and offer more items and offer bacon.The bed was very uncomfortable. The employee don’t need to be smoking at the front entry. Thanks

I just didn’t have an enjoyable stay this time.

I liked everything except you could hear noise from multiple rooms even above us. Someone was smoking marajuana and arguing a lot. Someone in the rooms above us kept dropping something really heavy on the floor causing a loud bumping noise. Someone else was bouncing a ball well past 11pm.

My room couldn't be opened unless the front desk clerk opened it for me. It took 2 days to fix it. I was told that they would give 10% off because of the problem. They gave me 10% off my 1st night but not the other 2 nights.

very pleasant experience, would stay again

location to the area was great. Hilton head and Savannah were no more than 30 minutes.

was told we could check in at noon but upon arrival at noon after a lengthy drive, we were told it would be 3hrs. It was just an over night trip for daughters gymnastics meet Saturday so we just changed our plans for the arrival day.

Not a great experience

Breakfast was fair. Bed wasn't bad.

There was a very strong smell of stale urine on the left side of the parking lot. The night I checked in there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana that covered the entire hall where my room was. Also when I checked in there was a woman with clothes in paper bags sitting on a luggage cart right in front of the front door smoking a cigarette.
