We booked this place last minute and were super happy with our stay! The room was very nice and clean and gave my family

The rooms were very homey & comfortable.

The door lock was really easy to open from the inside. And no AC.

Better than expected!

The location was great —-easy drive and walking to various places. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Looking forward to staying here many more times to come.

Horrible

It presented itself very cute and nice, but everything went downhill from that. We had a kitchenette.

Floors in the room work you couldn’t walk cross the floor, barefoot without getting black. Beds were hard as rocks and you could hear the springs with the slightest movement. The pillows were foam and had already broken down to a hard slab. You could hear the upstairs neighbors not just them walking across the room, but having conversations sleeping in their beds, etc.. The lady we checked in with was nice, but it every dealing with people who ran the place afterword were rude, and made themselves hard to deal with.

Ok stay and very disappointed due to false statements about breakfast.

Room confort was good.

Bad taste coffee in room. I booked it because it said breakfast included, and when I get there they said it didn’t include breakfast. I would like a partial refund as spending for breakfast was not planned.

Wasn't what I expected but not bad. The hotel is a motel but it's clean and comfortable.

This is a great neighborhood, nice safe location, close to everything. The woman checking us in could not have been more friendly. Very nice spa area.

No pool, no breakfast, very motel like facility.

We arrived after a 6 hour drive. we’re not informed that the power was out even though it had been off since the night b

good location.

the power was out when we arrived and didn’t turn back on u til the following day at 9pm. we left because my husband requires power for his cpap machine to sleep safely and the hotel still charged us.

Nice to have a room that allowed my dog to stay with me.

Friendly staff, clean room, great location.

Website advertised dog welcome package but it wasn’t a big deal that it’s no longer offered. Our specific room didn’t have an assigned parking spot but there was no problem finding a place to park.

Loved the view, the fire pit, the spa, and the room was big enough for my family.

Close to the beach. Had a kitchen.

There was no power. Therefore there was no hot water and no phone signal. I should've received a discount due to lack of paid full service.

Quiet and affordable place to stay while exploring the Central Coast!

The Monterey Peninsula Inn exceeded my expectations. The owners really invested in upgrades to the rooms and it shows. We rented a room with a full kitchen and it was lovely. High ceilings, comfortable beds and a working stove. Exactly what we were looking for! There is a fire pit outside and a hot tub. Plus the Inn is only 4 minutes from the Monarch butterfly garden!

This is not a resort. There is no central indoor space to hang out with kids etc., but it's a great value for what it provides. Most of the properties in this area are inns like this one (think 1950's).

Our room was dirty. I notified the front desk and the employee had no authority to help us. We checked out early and the office wasn't open. I called and they called me back 2 hours later and offered no remedy. We won't stay there again
