Great place for a short stay before moving on to your next destination

Check in was easy. Rooms were clean. The staff was friendly.

スタッフの対応がとても良い。朝食付きなのは良いが、メニューは毎日同じ。コーヒーやオレンジジュースはいつでも飲めるため、良い。洗濯機、乾燥機がそれぞれ１台ずつ。近くのメトロまで、徒歩１０分。

Very good

Loved the free breakfast and the rooms itself and the customer service

The toilets didnt flush properly and the lock on the bathroom didnt work. The tv also shut down on us from time to time.

Keep driving to the next hotel.

Ease of check-in.

Everything else. I had a checkout time of 11:00am, but upon check-in, I asked if there was any way I could have a later checkout. The staff person helping me said, "We can give you 3:00pm". I was surprised, not needing that much time, but appreciated it just the same. The next morning at 10:25, there was banging on my door and someone saying, "You need to leave." Confused, I went to speak to the manager who said they would not have given such a late checkout, but I provided information about the employee granting it. Prior to speaking with the manager, the employee did not speak any English at all. As it turns out, the person who said 3:00pm spoke very poor English and gave me the wrong information. I still do not know why they were banging on the door 35 minutes prior to my checkout, but no one apologized. This was a horrible experience all-around and would never, ever recommend this hotel.

Overall, for the price it is a okay place to lay your head for the night.

The breakfast had a small variety that was good so you could change your options. I liked how close to public transit it was.

Being on the 1st floor made it fairly noisy in the mornings when staff got there. Rooms need to get some updates on the walls and ceilings.

Surly staff, nonexistent breakfast, smelly room

Room was adequately clean. The location was good for guests without a car.

breakfast was almost nonexistent, just stale muffins. No tea, bad coffee, surly staff. The two most negative factors for me were the overpowering cleaning chemicals smell in the room and the extremely grouchy staff. My husband said that when he asked if there was tea at the "breakfast" the staff person looked at him like he's asked to borrow $100.

The location was good for my needs.

The location & price was exactly what I needed. For the most part, the staff were friendly & helpful. Most do not seem to speak English as their 1st language so sometimes that a barrier to communication.

I had read reviews on booking.com before booking. The property met my expectations. I figured out there was an issue with my TV remote (no maintenance available in the evening). The front desk staff took a remote from another room & all was good. The remote issue isn’t a “dislike” but wanted to mention.

It was exactly what we wanted and we would go there again!

The desk staff woman was so nice! The location was great; we just walked to the Metro station. The room was perfect for what we needed, and it was clean!

More breakfast choices? But honestly, what they had was fine.

it was just for a night, the staff was good, the bed was good the price was good for the area, breakfast was acceptable

clean , comfortable bed , decent breakfast

getting in and out to the road , the faucets in the sink and tub were hard to control and the sink area was very tight

Disappointing

it was quiet and close to the metro

The bed was over the soggy in the pills were very uncomfortable as well. Also, I got up to take a shower in the shower did not work. No water came out.

Good value, breakfast with many choices and quiet.

Quiet, excellent breakfasts, near to Metro.

First room had water issues with a leaky pipe under the sink. Toilet needed help to fill. Last room all worked well.

Disappointing & dated.

10 mins from metro. It had a bath.

Dated, run-down, poor reception staff , no microwave in room; not informed of breakfast ; stain on bedcover; only TV news channels or on-demand;

Maintenance needs improvement. The breakfast is good, with fruit and hard boiled eggs.

Breakfast starts at 6:15 am, good for the customers who need to leave early. Coin laundry is available. The WiFi works well

The air conditioner is out of service in late September and would not come back to service until temperature drops in later days. There is not ventilation in the room and the window latch is broken and we can't open the window. It leaves the room with no ventilation and uncomfortable to sleep.
