Not what we expected.

The bed was comfortable and the gym was ok with a nice view on the skyline.

The apartment was a big disappointment for us. We booked it because it offers a kitchenette. When we arrived the kitchen was totally empty and we needed to request the kitchen utilities. But the hotel actually only supplied 2 plates, 2 small bowls, a large skillet, a large pot, 1 spatula, 2 knifes, 2 forks and 2 spoons. When we tried to warm up some water we found out that the skillet and the pot are not compatible with the induction stove. In order to be able to prepare any meals we requested additional kitchen supplies, like a smaller induction pot, a cutting board, a salad bowl or a can opener, but we were told that they cannot supply these items. So we were forced to buy certain kitchen items in order to be able to prepare even small meals. Do not rent an apartment at this hotel if you are not willing to bring your own kitchen supplies. - The shower hose was leaking, but the hotel replaced it quickly. - The vanity light in the bathroom could not be turned off automatically. We were told that they do not have any spare parts to repair it, which meant that the light was on day and night during the entire stay. - The lightning in the bathroom is very bad and it was hard to put on make up. - The iron chairs on the balcony are very uncomfortable. - The table in the apartment is very small and the wooden chairs have no cushioning. - Sofa is stained and needs cleaning. - The hallways have poor lightening, the AC is far too strong in the common areas. In general, the hotel is not worth the money.

Very disappointed overall .

The location and the bay view at night .

When I booked, I saw reviews about the rooms not being clean enough so I figured that if I took a suite and pay more it would ensure having a cleaner room and better stay overall. I was extremely disappointed when I saw how dirty the room I was given was. Dirty to a point where we changed room immediately.

The view

Everything, the room was extremely old, there were mold om the walls, and bathroom and furniture was rusted, I am super estonished. Personal was not polite, I never ever had this type of experience while traveling.

Overall very satisfied with my stay, the atmosphere and friendly staff. I’d definitely return for a longer stay.

Very modern, great staff, food at the restaurant was delicious for dinner. Nice convenient location and Views were beautiful.

Mini bar was fully stocked but expensive. It would be nice to offer some bottled water as complementary items.

Spacious but not clean

I like the spaciousness of the rooms, the proximity to South Beach, the rental of jetski's being on site and the pool. I also like Mark the manager on site he was very attentive to our needs and tried to rectify the situation in which ever made us happy. He did offer to give us a refund but it's so late in the evening and the day of would have been too hard to find other accommodations. We also were refunded our resort fee.

The rooms were not clean, we switched rooms 3 times and it still was OK the couches in all 3 rooms were very dirty and unkelt. The carpets were dirty, the showers had surface mildew mold that needed to be deep cleaned and recaulked. The beds were very low to the ground and the T v's were very small the Lighting in the bathrooms was awful. Their wasn't a vanity on the bathroom so don't makeup had to be done in the corner of the room at a Table near a lamp inwhich we had to take the shade off to use. The décor in the room was dusty and the chandeliers were dusty the hotel floors were very dusty and carpers were dirty. This hotel is in need of a major renovation or deep clean. Oh and the only parking is valet which is $50 a night. Also my sister and I have bites and we are trying to figure out if they are bad bugs or what.

Ok experience , definitely needs some improving in all fields.

Location of the hotel and the pool were nice.

Rooms feel dirty and they need serious upgrade. Fact that you need to pay short usage of computer in business centre is without words. In pool you can’t use nothing else than pool chairs and that’s even if they are available, everything else you need to pay premium (beds, cabanas, rocking chairs) . Most of the staff are there but not “there” especially on the entrance of the hotel. Suite on the street side was really noisy in the morning , you hear every move of the cars from hotel parking.

Good hotel overlooking the bay. The pool area is nice. We were there for a meeting and the business center is very convenient.

The pool area closes at 6PM which felt early. Location is far from main restaurants and bars. The food is average at best. Everything is overpriced but its South Beach so it's expected.
