Location

Temperature control, landscaping poor, staff not friendly, scuff marks on hallway, elevator floor chipped wood, poor breakfast.

This was a great stay at a reasonable price for the Eagle Vail Valley. Would go again.

Breakfast was great! Did not expect hot food... eggs, sausage, pancakes. And breakfast sandwich if you wanted. Coffee, juice, yogurt.. The place has a pool! Plenty of desk space.

Some TV channels were breaking up.

Close location to Glenwood Springs and Vail

Great location in Eagle right off I-70 so it's close to Vail, Hanging Lake, Glenwood Springs and other area attractions.

The hotel needs some updating and the breakfast is very simple but it was a comfortable stay.

the stay was great, the staff was nice & the room was clean & comfy. Could use a little updating.

The property was clean.

The property could use some updating; such as new paint & mirror trimmings in the bathroom & floor tile. Looked like they might be updating as needing as they did have what looked to be newer flooring in the room & halls not bathroom.

Bed bugs bites on my children's feet.

Nothing!

Dirty and sticky carpet. Smelly. Everything is very old! Bedbugs sbites on my children's feet. Why somebody have to pay 160$ when this hotel is just inappropriate to stay there!?! Mrs manager, I think you shold leave your position for a pro. You are not!

When remodeled it will be wonderful

Room was comfy and roomy

Hallway floors- tripped several times- know they are replacing them and has just been bought by Wyndham Breakfast was not good .

false advertising of tired facility

Wyndham just bought it but advertised on booking as a wingate with zero renovations. Very tired facilities and until renovations are completed it is deceptive to advertise as a Wingate!

room was spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly. pool and hot tub were amazing. pool as warm and hot tub is deep and hot. Breakfast is simple but better than most places.

great stay by Vail. can’t get a better deal for the price x area

everything. idk how anyone can complain about price when it’s 30 min from Vail. you would need to pay 3x the price to get a place this nice in Vail if your lucky. comfortable bed, good temp, clean for the most part.

nothings extremely nice about it. everything is satisfactory + a bit but nothing is luxury by any means. aside from that it all works and management does a lot to keep it the way it is

Amazing Stay. Literally can’t beat it for the price

Very clean despite being right by skiing, management is A1. they do everything they can to maintain the place. deserves a higher rating. Hot tub is great as well

almost nothing though a gym would be nice to workout at after the slopes

the virtual checkin is a bad idea. there is a real person available and I had to use the kiosk. it was hard to understand the lady and the whole process was much more difficult than a real human right in front of me. get rid of it!

We didn’t even stay for 12 hours and managed to be charged $500.

The hotel was okay honestly, $100 for the night is a little steep compared to paying $60 the night before at a different hotel. They had quick breakfast foods in the morning.

First off we were double charged, once on booking then at the hotel who claimed they couldn’t find our booking. And don’t expect to pay the correct damage deposit fee of $100 because they will charge you $250 for a stain on the sheet. Also when you call the hotel for help they will hang up on you. Great stay so much fun!

We will give them one more chance!

We have stayed here before, but this time the room had some issues. It is quiet for sleeping after 9:30 or 10:00.

The bedside lamp would not work, the phone in room did not work, the coffee maker in room did not work. If the room phone would have worked, we could have called the front desk to report these issues but it took a couple of elevator rides without the phone. You don't check in with a real person now, you use a viewing screen to talk to a person who is offsite. The sound was turned up so loud that I could not understand the person much of the time. There was staff around if you could find them, but they need to improve sound quality and give viewer volume control. The breakfast is very marginal.
