Very bad experience. Why do you charge so much.

Property was old and need a lot of upgrades. Worst property ever seen. Breakfast was a joke. No eggs, choose one item from Bagel, Croissant , muffin, breakfast sandwich, whole fruit. Choose one coffee or juice. Worst ever

Terrible experience.

The room was booked for 4 adults, whereas breakfast was only included for 2 adults. For breakfast, we had to choose one option from bagel/ croissant/ sandwich or fruits, we couldn’t have both. I found that quite odd as even small motels offer fruits with bagel.

Will look for Marriot stays when traveling again.

Booking at the last minute of the Labor Day weekend this was great in price and comfort. With excellent service.

Easy to get to and from the game at Hard Rock Stadium.

Nice hotel approx. 15 minutes drive from MIA Airport. Good breakfast.

Unfortunately, there were 4 fire alarms during the night. Fortunately, they were a result of fire system failure and not the real fire. However, we had restless night.

I would stay here again.

The place was clean and the check in/out process was easy. The had a small place you could purchase food on the property.

Food selection was minimal. Not near many places to eat.

everything was good until the fire alarm went off for 4 times at night. no one could asleep. the staff did nothing. they couldn’t even identify which room caused it.

Disappointing

Wasn’t told that they were working on the pool prior to check in, so the pool was closed for my entire stay. They said we were allowed to use the pool at the Residence Inn next door but when we went over they said their pool was also closed to guests. On our last night, the fire alarms went off twice late at night. Everyone evacuated twice and we were waiting outside in the rain for about forty minutes each time. Even after we were given the all clear, the alarms went off a few more times in the night before stopping on their own. There was only one person on staff that night so I feel for him but communication about what was going on was poor.

Location is convenient for turnpike travel. Close to Doral and the dolphin mall. Could be a good options for this traveling for work. Corporate park area type.

I made a reservation using booking and when I arrived after a really long trip. No rooms were available and no solution was provided. Terrible to arrive with reservation and there is no commitment

Pleasant and great value.

Maria at the front desk was most helpful. She treated us with respect and excelled in customer care. She made our stay most enjoyable with her smile and advice.

A breakfast buffet and coffee around the clock would have been nice.

Courtyard is small but cozy property, lobby with Starbucks coffee and something to grab to eat, I really like it. The best thing are the beds we been sleeping like babies, comfort 😍

They did not feel I deserved hot water, prepaid for room

Early check in only needed place to store luggage

No hot water and staff was aware when room assigned, no compensation yet. Dinning staff unprofessional: while waiting on family of 4 when I checked in, told me they were closed. Check out morning opened late to get food, then while waiting for Lyft to airport my daughter pointed out they did not give us 2 juices we ordered. Went to retrieve and there seem to be some hesitation initially. Will not stay here again!

We loved our stay and we will definitely come back again.

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Hotel was very clean and to Marriott standards. Breakfast was good. Seating area was outstanding.Nice, clean room. We had a comfortable sleep.
