I only stayed overnight. But when I returned this will be my hotel.

Clean and in a good location. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly at THIS location.

Basic good hotel

Clean room with nice folded towels (it was refreshing after several airbnbs..). Lots of parking space, pool and gym, decent breakfast (not everything for our Scandinavian taste but nothing to complain either). Walmart almost across the street for snacks, a couple of restaurants just next door.

We had the room closest to the reception and there was quite big gap between the door and frame - might wanna do something about that. It was very noisy because literally everyone walked past our room to theirs...

I like everything except the room which is the main part of the trip.

I like customer service, and I like the breakfast as well as the location.

I did not like the room and the smell of it because the carpet was wet which causes smell

It was just “ok”. I wouldn’t recommend

It was a typical Hampton Inn. We liked the cookies, otherwise we were not impressed

Lizards on our wall, AC didn’t work, bed uncomfortable. They put us in a handicap room and my husband was way too tall for the shower.

Overall pleased with our stay would return.

Close to destination and clean.

Our door key cards had to be reprogrammed 3x. The elevator is extremely slow.

Pleasant stay, but nothing special. Staff is kindhearted.

Staff was very kind & willing to help, which goes a long way when you’re traveling. They were so welcoming.

Bathroom in our room wasn’t super clean. Tub was dirty. Room also kind of smelled musty.

Very good

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. There was construction going on and it didn't look open. Once inside everything was great. There are several restaurants adjacent to the hotel. It was very convenient.

The hotel is a little hard to find it is next to another hotel which is was you can see from the street. There was a hand painted sign to direct us to the lobby. With all of the scaffolding, it was a little confusing.

Construction - Not the best time to visit

Front desk staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast staff was nice, too. Bathroom supplies came in large dispensers avoiding plastic trash which was a nice effort. Rooms have a mini fridge and you can use the microwave in the breakfast area to heat up food all day.

Construction on the building was not mentioned until after my prepaid booking was completed but should have been disclosed upfront. Price should have been much lower considering the inconveniences this caused (noise, dirty windows, pool soiled and unusable together with the entire outdoor area). Windows in guest rooms don't open and the air was very heavy and humid. We tried running the AC all day to dry up the room but no luck. Bathroom fan made a lot of noise but didn't do much work otherwise, mirrors stayed fogged until you opened the bathroom door. And that's probably where the moisture issue stems from. Breakfast quality was poor - a few gluten free options but no plant based alternatives to dairy items, all yogurt, butter and milk was made from bovine breast milk. No vegan waffles or pancakes either. There was no fresh fruit or anything healthy on the buffet, and the single use utensils caused a lot of plastic trash which totally contradicts the efforts made in the guest rooms. Why even bother remodeling the hotel if your breakfast is still stuck in the 60ies?
