The beds and pillows are hard and uncomfortable. The rooms can use some upgrades. The shuttle could be used for short trips within a two to three-mile radius and not just for the airport during the slow season.

A nice, clean, and classy stay.

Loved the size of the rooms, friendliness of the front desk, and the general decor and cleanliness of the hotel. It's a nice quiet spot, and despite being near the airport, never heard any noise. Good on-site parking as well!

Pleasant enough, but would not stay again.

Property is conveniently close to La Guardia, so an option for people who would like to be close to airport. Exterior is nice, as is lobby. There is a bar in the lobby where you can get drinks and sandwiches. Staff was very professional.

On check in, I was issued keys to a room. I went up, opened the door and was shocked to see that the room was already occupied by an man. I went back to the front desk and explained what had happened. The young woman at the front desk was apologetic and I didn’t make a big deal about it at that time. Later, when I had time to sit and think, I breathed a sigh of relief that nothing happened. This mistake could have easily put me in danger. My advice, especially if you’re a woman traveling alone, is to double check that your room is empty. Aside from this, the bathtub was dirty and there clear signs in the room that an upgrade is needed - torn bedskirt, stains on wallpaper, hair in my shower etc.

I wouldn’t stay there again, I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s the definition of a bare bone hotel for an astronomical cost.

It was in a good area, easy to get from places but that was about it.

I booked a room with two queen beds and there weren’t any available so they offered us a King with a pullout. The pullout mattress had no sheets on it and was stained, when I asked for a cot/crib there wasn’t one available. We spent the weekend in an unsafe sleeping arrangement with my baby as there wasn’t a queen room available because “they had been booked”. The fridge didn’t work in the room and it was dirty/dusty I had to wipe everything down. It’s a bit disappointing that this place didn’t have any microwave in the room, it seems like a hotel basic and was extremely stressful when traveling with a small child.

It's a fine airport option with free shuttles. Served our needs very well.

The fresh fruit options at breakfast were great. The oatmeal was surprisingly good. Those huge vats never look appealing but this one tasted good. The restaurant was open late for a meal after a long flight. The pizza was decent.

All the yogurt choices at breakfast were presweetened with either sugar or substitute. What happened to plain unsweetened yogurt. I asked and was told that wasn't available.

The $50 per day deposit, but I understand all hotels do it, and you couldn't use cash, which I believe is probably a security reason for it , the gym was closed as well as the pool

Very good location to be near the airport!

The free shuttle to the airport was so quick and easy. The staff were all very nice.

There was a bit of dampness above our shower and no safe in the room.

Plata cu cardul lasă de dorit la magazinul acela micuț din interiorul hotelului și nu au o varietate larga de produse in magazin. Temperatura din camera a fost cam frig și nu mergea bine aerul condiționat in loc sa dea caldura dădea rece, dar nu vreau sa fiu rău adevarul este ca nu am spus adresat aceasta problema către personal.

Nothing at all

My stay at this hotel has to be one of the most disappointing experiences of my life. I travel a lot which means I’m constantly staying in hotels and this by far has to be the worse hotel I’ve ever been in. There’s a hidden €50 fee that you have to pay per night when you check in. This was not disclosed in any of the booking documents or procedures. Every single staff member I interacted with had disgusting attitude and unprofessional customer service experience. They all look like they hate thier jobs and everything is an inconvenience to them. Room service only happens every three days which is a huge inconvenience. And when you request it at reception they do not provide it. The hotel facilities are not in use due to renovations which we had to go to another hotel next door for fitness and wellbeing facilities however it turned out to be a half gym with 8 equipments. I picked the hotel specifically for these facilities and there was nothing there. I feel so misled and disappointed. On top of this, I booked this particular hotel for its spa and swimming-pool, but it turned that they were not available during my stay neither. Overall I’m very disappointed with this hotel and I will not be recommending this hotel to any one. I’m asking for a commercial gesture please.

It was nice! For the price and the convenience of being close to the airport, and a shuttle to and from was great and the staff was really friendly.

The doors slam when people shut them and it vibrates your room, it is so loud Also the $50/day fee on top of the regular charge is something i wish we were told about previously, i know we get it refunded but it still was pretty surprising to not know what i was going to be charged extra until the day of

No me gusto para nada, desde el día que llegue el personal del hotel no fue nada amable, específicamente cuando no se había el idioma, tienes que solucionar todo, no te ayudan a ubicarte, adicional cobran un depósito que pasado el tiempo no se ve reflejado, se intentan comunicar con ellos y no hay respuesta, la atención fue pésima, las instalaciones si son bonitas, muy ordenadas.

The hotel had a bus shuttle which was free and would drop off at the subway or bus station plus a bus stop was right across the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel was very convenient to start the day. Really enjoyed the driver (didn’t get his name) was very entertaining and informative with popular areas we drove but with history.
