To sum things up. We never should’ve paid $308 for two days, it was worth $150! Refund half !

We checked in get to the room #729 I believe 🥺it was, we noticed the wallpaper peeling in the ceiling by window along with what looks like water damage!! They placed a lounge chair and lamp in another corner to hopefully hide what appears to be mold ,under the peeling wallpaper from the floor going up. Disgusting . To top it off we opened the window curtain, there was no view all we saw was a construction crew in parking lot full of dirt! I have never! So we go back down to front desk to let clerk know of our findings and view. Her excuse was , “ We placed you guys on the back side of the hotel because the shuttle bus comes and goes all day and night along with las Angeles traffic Noise it would be very disruptive for our work! No! She lied, that was her chance to tell us about the Mob of Protesters that would greet us at front door with drums, bullhorns, tambourines, and picket signs EARLY as 630am and 3pm!!! I HAVE VIDEOS TO PROVE IT! We will never ever stay here again! As much as we travel, and stay at Airport properties we never would’ve expected to surrounded by abandoned buildings and strays! Although this was our first time in LA, we should’ve done our research !

They should’ve listed on Booking the Protest that carried on and give people a choice!

It was a horrible experience, there was no parking and they charge you forty dollars to park however when we had arrived

The management asking me to pay $40 to park in a fire lane. Once I had told them that I would to cancel my reservation it became an issue

It is a great place to stay when going to LAX

There was a traffic problem at LAX and the hotel payed for a cab to get me to the terminal!!!!!.I was so happy that they went out of there way to help me

Not worth to pay $40.00 extra for a parking.

Nothing much.

A hidden fee was charged for parking which wasn't mentioned on the website. The hotel charged me $40.00 for one-night parking in a parking lot (not a private parking space). If I knew before I select another hotel.

Clean and comfy and close to the airport

The staff were friendly and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I could have spent all day in bed! I also appreciated the airport shuttle.

The shower would go cold every 30 seconds for about 30 seconds which was unpleasant.

Pleasant stay but overpriced.

The location close to the airport and the shuttle.

The hotel is a bit tired. It needs a good facelift. Bit expensive for what it was.

I won't stay at a hotel on strike again.

After a terrible travel day, getting to a room to shower, change and rest was good.

The strike meant your skeleton staff was overwhelmed... those working were amazing, but there was no bar when we arrived (needed a drink), and the picketers woke us up at 5 am with drums, whistles and a bull horn. In the lobby at 6 AM was a mob waiting for the van to the airport... we walked.

Totally fine airport hotel

Totally comfy room near the airport. It's a big, well worn hotel but the room was very clean despite still being a high volume mid range hotel. Excellent shower pressure and hot water, comfy bed. We also rated the airport shuttle at 4am for our early flight.

It sucked and I don’t recommend it

The free shuttle from LAX to the hotel was terrible I waited over two hours, was passed up by one shuttle- that was totally empty. The second shuttle told me it was not the correct shuttle. The third shuttle took me to the wrong holiday inn. When I finally reached the first holiday inn the personal assistant was not helpful and they did not offer me a ride to your location. I then had to pay out of pocket for an Uber to get me to your hotel. No one was responding to my text messages about navigating the shuttle from LAX to your hotel. It was a terrible experience overall - and took over two hours to get just a few blocks from the airport

Vale la pena si tu estancia es de una noche

La ubicacion cerca del aeropuerto y el transporte al mismo son las cosas por las que elegimos el hotel ya que nos cancelaron nuestro vuelo de ultimo minuto. El personal es muy amable y siempre estan dispuestos a ayudarte.

Es un hotel muy descuidado con relación a varios de la cadena que he visitado. Las habitaciones son algo viejas y se nota que no le han dado mantenimiento, huele a humedad, la alfombra se ve vieja y sucia.

Would stay again, if there wasn’t no ridiculous parking fee

Location and comfortable stay

One of the employees flipped me off when i went to go drive in. There was no need for that and I just wanted to enjoy my stay without feeling not welcome. Once I walked in, and the parking cost half the stay of the night, it’s ridiculous.

I am happy with my choice. It was easy to park our hired car.

Airport is conveniently close. Hotel close to places of interest. Room with Queen beds for myself and daughter were satisfying size. The shower was ok. I am 6ft 2 so a little on the low side and the water pressure not as good as home but it did the job.

Excellent hotel for a brief stay, especially for those using LAX.

Location by LAX is fantastic. Morning breakfast buffet is excellent.

I appreciate the hotel has rooms for those with disabilities. I would prefer the hotel reserve those rooms for those individuals.

Great location and price

Perfect location for LAX. The room was huge and the bed comfy.

My only complaint was an issue with the airport shuttle. I waited 90 mins at LAX. However, the staff went the extra mile to make up for the inconvenience.

Wir sind mit dem Flieger angekommen und blieben zwei Nächte. Es gibt einen Gratis Shuttle zum Hotel. Gutes Frühstück.

Die Zimmer waren etwas muffig. Teure Parkplätze.
