Housekeeping. They did not clean my room, only made beds, left dirty towels in room, did not replace with clean one, left trash in room

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The price of the accommodation was about fair and the room was very clean and very well maintained by the staff and the staff was very thoughtful and helpful to our questions and for our time there
The problem with the room was once we had gotten into our room. My wife wanted to take a shower before we ate dinner. Well, when she went to the bathroom, water was running out of the bathroom and into our room we stop the water and called to get someone to come and help us with the water, A lady came to our room with two bags of towels and was to comeback with help and mop& bucket to get the water issue fixed. Well by 8:00am the next day we still had all the water on the floor and we couldn't take a shower or wash up do to the neglectful your staff. I spoke with the day Manager and he assured me that he would take care of our issues and we would receive a refund for this issue of the water issue in our room which was room #121, Mr Donald N. Brown
As of yet I have not received any response or reply from your Hotel and if this is your business model, I will never stay, or recommend your company to anyone else for your Hotel or any other place you are associated with. This was truly a big difference from what I've been told of your hotel and its professionalism .

The room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was very nice! The hotel was very quiet. I enjoyed my stay!
The only thing that I didn't like is that they didn't have the TV channels that I needed to watch the NBA playoffs! I missed my game!☹️

It was very clean and up to date. Some employees really stood out to me! Chase was awesome! He’s a very hard worker. He was all over the place doing many things. He was friendly and very helpful. I also want to recognize Constant (I hope that her name) She was also very friendly and helpful. The kitchen/custodians were hard workers as well. I honestly wish I had a reason to come back.
I really don’t want to complain because I enjoyed my stay, but I was hoping for a few more breakfast items nothing crazy but oatmeal would have been great. Just those Quaker cups that you had hot water to would have been fine.

while it was going through some construction it was still convenient to stay at.
wasn’t too happy with a large bus of people that came after midnight and were slamming doors and bring obnoxious and loud outside my room until 3 am. made for a sleepless night.

The renovated room was nice it was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. Staff gave us an ozone purifier and kill smoke odor spray to try to eliminate the smell. I requested to move to another suite and there were none available. We withstood the horrible smell with the door cracked during our stay We quickly changed that option due to Marijuana lingering in the hallway air. I asked the front desk gentleman the smoking policy and he said absolutely no smoking or $250 fine 😳 really!! We dealt with the unconcerned Staff and asked to be compensated for the inconvenience. front desk clerk Yes Ma'am I got you covered. Checked out of hotel Sunday inquired about compensation. YOU will have to take that up with your 3rd party booking!! They handled your payment smh! I spent over $600 dollars for two rooms ! Expecting a relaxing accommodating weekend and started with a headache and I left with one!
The front desk staff trying to help by talking to the behind the wall manager and relaying information that he knew was not good
but out of his control. No comproble rooms available in the hotel to accommodate guest who do not want to stay in foul odor room.

Loved the hotel. I can tell there have been upgrades. I was able to check out from my tv in the room.
The ice machine on my floor was out of order. And it was a lot of clutter in the lobby, (boxes).

the staff was nice and overall is well taken care off.
malfunctioning heat in one of the units. heat was pre set at 87 before we walked in (usually is pre set at 68) but never got even to 67 degrees.someone already knew that it was not properly working and still gave us that room

Housekeeping staff knocked 2X at around 8AM then 10AM . I wonder if they have a record which room checks out @11AM .

The bed was very comfortable! There is plenty of countertop in the bathroom. I find it helpful that the bathroom sink/countertop are separated from the shower room. Also when we entered the room there was a small table and chairs, as well as a sofa and coffee table facing a 2nd TV.
The room for sleeping was a little tight, the wardrobe closets took up some space.

-it was dirty!
-carpet in hallways was filthy- obviously had not been vacuumed in a while
-couldn’t use bathtub, only could use shower head
-room mix up- front desk gave key to our room to another guest too

the front desk workers was always so helpful and nice !!!
they renovated the property which is a good thing but the noise levels morning’s where you just wanted to sleep past 8am was impossible!! also the lights going out for hours at a time was a big issue!!!
