Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in Manhattan. Super ist die Anbindung an Metro und Bus. Unser Zimmer war relativ geräumig und sauber.
Das Hotel ist ziemlich hellhörig und dadurch laut. Das Frühstück ist lieblos.

Breakfast was basic, but OK. In the room there was a small refrigerator, a coffee machine, but no tea kettle. Towels were changed and bins emptied every day. Bed linen was changed and the room was cleaned once during the 7 days of stay. The King Suite room is 40 m2, which is big enough for a family of 4. The location is excellent.
The air conditioner and windows were dirty. The air conditioner is very loud. The hotel has 2 elevators. These two elevators are also used by staff. On the last day, one elevator broke down. It took us 30 minutes to reach the reception from the 17th floor with our suitcases. The cabinets and couch could be more modern. The bathroom is old. The shower head and faucet are very old. It sprays everywhere. The maid didnt smile. Reception staff OK. The door to the room could not be locked. The hole in the jamb was not in the right place. We secured them with a chain lock. We also put a chair in front of the door. Anyone could go into the elevator. It was not activated on the card. Hotel security so-so.

Bra bad for rullestol, men med enkle grep kunne det ha vært mye bedre. Selve badet hadde en grei størrelse.
Mesteparten av ting var plassert for høyt, såpedispenser, speil, vask og dursj armaturen var alt for langt unna dusjsetet. For liten vask.

Rooms are very very - I mean very small, we were in room of 4 people (2 queen beds) there was no space to walk in the room.
Elevator is slow, might wait some time to get one.

Location. Had plenty of food options from fresh juices to gourmet bagels, from small but very yummy restaurants that could be delivered to bigger fancy places and desserts.
Standard room was very small. No microwave. Sink was super small without any counter space. Elevators were very slow. Hallways were tight like one-lane traffic.

The room was as large as can be expected for midtown Manhattan and was very clean and cosy. The staff was very friendly. The location is great in terms of easy access to public transportation and a safe feeling outside the hotel. Also, it was very quiet at night.

Hotel bien situé dans Manhattan.
La chambre est petite. Le petit déjeuner sans fioriture et la salle de petit déjeuner très petite.

Etablissement très bien placé, personnel très agréable. Par contre pas de Wifi pendant les 3/4 du séjour ce qui de nos jours n'est pas très recevable même si on peut comprendre que cela soit indépendant de la volonté de l'établissement.
Couloirs bruyants quand les portes des chambres claquent (non retenues par les clients) mais globalement pas trop de bruit par ailleurs. La mise à disposition de café, thé le matin dans le hall de l'hôtel est très appréciable.
Je recommanderais donc cet établissement.

El cuarto estaba comodo, con cajones de buen tamaño para guardar la ropa. El jabon, shampoo y acondicionador muy ricos, de buena calidad.
Las galletas de chocolate chip que te invitan en la recepcion son deliciosas, calientitas.
Los ascensores muy malos. Por lo general Demoraban muchísimo para llegar y siempre había mucha gente esperando x ellos.

Habitación muy ruidosa. Entraba mucho frío con la ventana cerrada. Recepcionistas nunca saludaban al pasar y tampoco se reconoció el status oro con Hilton.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten kommst du zu Fuß oder die nächste u Bahn station ist nicht weit. Das Zimmer war klein aber fein. Mit viel Gepäck wird es sehr eng.. ansonsten gab es alles was man braucht.
morgens war es laut.. wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hat, dann hört man alles..

Thought the price was very high once I saw the property. If I wanted to drink the water provided, it would have been $3.00? Only 2 elevators servicing 26odd floors and one was out of commission on one of my days there. Hotel should mention security deposit when booking. No mention of that antwhere

La ubicación es muy práctica para recorrer la ciudad. Con fácil acceso al metro o caminando.
Hay solo 2 ascensores para unos 26 pisos y eso generar mucha espera. Incluso uno de los ascensores estuvo roto por algunas horas.

The bed was comfortable
We were on the 26th floor and the cleaners didn’t make it to our room one day because the lift wasn’t working?!?! We never had enough towels for the number of people in our room (only 4 of us, 2 adults & 2 children). When we requested more towels, we waited 45 minutes and no towels arrived. I went down to reception and had to request to take some up myself. There were only 2 lifts of which only 1 worked the whole stay. Breakfast was ok but not enough fruit for the number of people coming through.

Top location, close to most of the attractions in the heart of Manhattan.
Extremely dirty, even after room cleaning service. Floor and bathroom especially always full of staff‘s hair, was really disgusting. The room looks very spacious on the pictures, but in reality very small for a family with 3 kids and all the luggage. Coffee machine not working. You hear everything from the rooms around you and everyone hears you, as if there were no doors. 2 elevators only, most of the time one of them was out of service; getting to and from 20th floor was a challenge. Needed to wait for 20min or more sometimes to get up or down.

Location is good. Near shops and subway, but so are most places in NY. Short walk to Penn Station.
Not what you would have expected from a Hilton hotel. Cleaning could be better. Bathroom is small and dated. Shower was terrible. Hotel so noisy. We also must have been near a generator or something with made noise 24/7. Pillows uncomfortable. Iron didn't work. Coffee in room was terrible.

J’ai demandé une bouilloire pour pouvoir faire les biberons de lait de mon bébé et la receptionniste m’a répondu : vous n’avez qu’à utiliser la machine à café pour faire de l’eau chaude!
