The location was perfect. Right by Times Square and all the broadway shows. Plenty of food options. Safe, clean area. Staff was amazing!
Rooms are VERY small. Only 2 people max and still it is a squeeze!

The location is truly amazing. But even better was the kind and friendly staff. They went out of there way to answer any questions and give you helpful tips about visiting New York. They always greeted you when you came in the door and truly made us feel welcome. The beds and pillows in the newly updated rooms are fabulous. I had the best nights sleep that i've ever had and we travel a LOT. I highly recommend this property for your visit to New York.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room, while very small, filled our needs and was clean and orderly. The location really can’t be beat, and offers easy access to numerous attractions.
The bed was adequate but a bit lacking in support. With two of us, we kind of sunk into one another.

The value is great. NYC can be expensive and even though the room was small, I stayed here for it's competitive price, clean rooms, and location near Times Square. E train is just a block away.
My room didn't have a city view. The television had some type of casting setup so I wasn't able to watch the morning news to see what was happening in the city before I ventured out.

Great staff super convenient and clean, tiny room and bathroom, could not open the shower door all the way because the toilet was in the way, the bed was leaning to one side

Clean rooms, free coffee and tea, very helpful and kind staff! They let us check in a few hours early and although we were 30 minutes late for checkout, there was no problem (although we were told that had it been over an hour there would have been an extra charge - which makes sense!).
The room was tiny but that really makes sense because of the central location! Unfortunately being right in times square was just a tad too hectic for us.

Le personnel est très serviable et accueillant. Ma chambre était très jolie, très propre, très spacieuse et bien équipée. Il n'y a pas de bruit dérangeant si ce n'est la rue (mais c'est normal). La réception propose du café ou du thé en attendant que la chambre soit prête, c'est très apprécié. Je recommande cette adresse.

Room was on the back of the hotel and very quiet but there was no view.. Location just two blocks from Broadway was excellent.
Could not open our suitcase (excepton the bed) because the room was so small.

Achei o atendimento dos recepcionistas maravilhoso, especialmente porque 2 ou 3 deles falavam português e puderam explicar melhor ao meu pai que não fala inglês. Foram muito gentis e receptivos. Acomodação limpa e surpreendentemente bem silenciosa para a localização.
Tinha um defeito no frigobar mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia em si.

La ubicación excelente, el personal muy amable y resuelven. Silencioso, no se escuchaba ruido de otros huéspedes ni de la calle.
Enfrente hay una iglesia católica con Misa diaria lo cual nos fue muy conveniente a nosotros.

La atención fue excelente, el equipo de trabajo siempre muy amable y servicial. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, con todas las líneas de tren a pocos metros, teatros, restaurantes, casas de ropa, el parque central, ubicación ideal para quién viaja por primera vez a Nueva York.

Room was spacious and clean.
They put the shower towels inside a cupboard, so it was only when I had already showered and dried with the hand towel that I realized that there was on hidden.
I did not like that they don't have proper blinds to turn the room completely dark, as well as I had the air-conditioner right on top of my head with the lights on. That was the only reason I did not sleep well in my stay, unfortunately.

Hotel bonito, atendentes muito simpáticos, fomos muito bem recepcionados. Café, chocolate quente disponível para os hóspedes na recepção. Quarto completo, com roupas de cama e toalhas limpas, frigobar, vista para a rua, check in antecipado.
Elevador pequeno, cama fofa, sensação de afundar, barulhos da rua pelo fato de ser na região da Times Square.

The location was perfect! Just a <5min walk to times square and close to subway stations. The area felt good and not dangerous. We got ice from the front desk everyday and gym passes! The rooms looked very nice and renovated!
The room was a little small as expected but it really didn’t matter much if you only go there to sleep.

Hotel ótimo, muito bem localizado, confortável e limpo. Quarto bem pequeno, mas foi suficiente para eu e meu marido ficarmos bem instalados.
Não tem cafe da manhã mas é próximo de vários bares e cafeterias.
Serviço de transfer para o aeroporto foi um pouco conturbado. O hotel tem parceria com uma empresa de transfer e então a contratamos ($75 dólares) para que nos levassem ao aeroporto.
Motorista chegou atrasado, colocou as malas no carro sem cuidado (ficavam rolando de um lado pro outro e arranhando uma na outra), dirigiu de forma apressada e estava todo atrapalhado dentro do carro. O carro era ótimo e o motorista bem apresentável, porém o serviço deixou a desejar.

The photographs of the lobby area are basically fraudulent. They show attractive, comfortable spaces that do not exist. There is a hefty resort fee for almost nothing, just fraudulent, IMHO.
