On route to south - rooms lovely and beds very comfortable

You lost our company's business.

Breakfast was mediocre at best. Location was good.

The hotel smelled moldy, and the carpets were filthy. The one receptionist, skinny with glasses was rude and only worried about money. I had several fellow employees and I staying here, we needed to take a meeting for an hour, and she tried to charge us to use their conference room (That was not being used at all, IE had stuff stored in it). Then we are paying well over 100$ a night for 9 rooms, and we are expected to pay for WIFI? The whole mess was just not how we should be treated for what we paid for the rooms.

The staff at front counter extremely freindly. My mother left her kindle there under bed covers and they phoned us right away to retrieve. Breakfast very good,

It was fine for a hotel under renovations.

The hotel was quiet.

The breakfast was not that good. We were made aware that the hotel was under renovations and accepted to keep our reservation. The newly installed shower leaked all over the floor. We mentioned it to the lovely women at the front desk and she noted it. It wasn't a big deal to us, but thought the hotel should know.

it was clean and nice

the curtains didn’t shut and there was no blinds to close so early in the morning the sun was in the room and wasn’t able to sleep past 630am with the sun in the room

Facility under construction but very nice. Good price, clean, nice staff. Looking forward to see how it looks after construction is complete. We will stay there again.
