Comfortable but needs work

Location, room size, cleanness, overall look of the building

The kitchen staff needs training, both days they were out of breakfast @ 0900, no eggs, no waffle mix, no pastries, no coffee, had to wait when that should be continuous supply until 10am. They should keep an eye to see what needs to be re-supply before people have to ask. The “small” convenient store needs better selection. Coffee and hot water should be available 24/7.

Great price for a great stay

The breakfast provided was delicious. The rooms were spacious. Its a great location from all the local parks.

The bathroom curtains were torn and had holes in them. We waited a while to be checked in while a woman was on a private phone call.

The friendliness of the staff makes this hotel my definite choice next time I am in the area.

Super convenient. Friendly staff. Everything was clean. Perfect overnight stay.

The bathroom had soap pumps for shampoo and conditioner, and body wash. I understand reducing carbon footprint, but I prefer single-use amenities.

Very good

Breakfast was good and a lot to pick from each morning. Very clean. Front desk staff was awesome. The room was nice.

The pool. Not being able to use it sucked. But letting us use Holiday Inn pool was weird but nice

please fix or change the fridge of that room!

The room was perfect, staff was very kind and professional, liked the location

please change the fridge of the room, at the middle of the night (4am) it started to make noises like it will explote, it was really uncomfortable to wake up, find the noice and try to turn it off. I couldn’t sleep after that happened.

Great place to Stay

The facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We requested extra towels and the staff brought them to us immediately. There was a problem with the toilet flushing and maintenance took care of it within 10 minutes.

I did not have one thing to complain about.

Good stay.

Friendly staff, quiet location. Near food and shopping. Closer to Univetsal, but we went to Disney. E en though it was a long drive to Disney , he traffic was nonexistent. Everything in the Disney area is a mad house! The breakfast area was clean and good. The selection was good. Will stay again.

No daily cleaning service. Our toilet overflowed, and there was no ones to clean it. It was Christmas so my husband asked for a mop and cleaning supplies. We had to buy our own to clean and sanitize the bathroom. Also someone on our floor reeked of Marijuana.

Place is clean and nice but wouldn’t work out if you are a veg and planning a longer stay.

Laundry machine dryer not working and hot breakfast did not have veg option, even potatoes had bacon.

Comfortable Room for Value

All good as I had expected after numerous stays at this location.

my king room this visit was not as spacious and comfortable as the king room I had last visit. my only observation that was noticable to my stay.

Great stay in peaceful setting

nice setting and convenient to many eating places. They had a list of restaurants with addresses and telephone numbers that was very helpful.

Pool was great, beds terrific.

our power went out late at night and we heard such a racket over our heads, we played music from our phones to get to sleep. Large windows let in light, so we could see to pack up in morning. No refund or discount offered at checkout when we complained.

FRUSTRATING

I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER ROOM DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL BECAUSE THE RESERVATION I MADE WITH BOOKING NEVER ARRIVED, EVENTHOUGH THE MONEY WAS RETIRED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I SENT A COMPLAINT TO BOOKING.COM, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ANSWER YET. I AM UPSET.
