We had a wonderful stay. Our goal was the relax and we did! We spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the view!

Beautiful view of the ocean. Close to shopping and restaurants

Close to road and internet connection was a bit sketchy.

Loved the views and room. Construction sucked

Parking lot was under repair. Very noisy all day. If you left the complex, finding a spot in the lot was very difficult.

Vacasa worst rental management company

amazing view, quiet place

Vacasa, the problem is not the rental, the problem is the rental company that manages the property, I was left outside the apartment for 3 hours until Vacasa answer the phone, this is the 3rd reservation I’ve booked with them with the same bad experience, the apartment had no toilet paper and the comforter stink

Overall two of our three families had a pleasant stay the other family not so much.

Location to the beaches and Coconut Marketplace was excellent.

We rented three units and unfortunately one of the units (305) may have had bedbugs. We think they may have been in the pull out sofa where our grandchildren were sleepimg each night. At 1st we thought the bites might have been mosquitoes but they got worse over time especially on their faces. I called the property management company Vacasa and they told me that they would let the local property managers know. However, I never heard back from anyone about a follow up to my complaint.

The only breakfast we had was what I cooked. The location was extremely bad. The traffic noise the construction noise the noise from the beach everything was bad. It was not an enjoyable 10 days. What didn’t you like I didn’t like the noise I didn’t like the fact that the people upstairs were extremely noisy. It was not a relaxing vacation.

Not feeling very secure,, being so near the ground that almost anyone could have access to the condo from the patio area, so we had to close up and lock even before going to bed. The security bars etc were a bit old fashioned and took time to use. The decapitated rusty tin roof in our view of the beach took away from the beautiful view.. The highway noise next to us during the day, not too bad though. No AC in living room, fans did help Old patio furniture Slow, kinda old fashion TV connections with inadequate instructions. Parking spots are too tight others can hit your car by their doors and they did. Carpeting was nice. But wood floor or tile would have been more sanitary for this day and age.

Not much to say. Besides the view we were unimpressed and will not stay here again

Air conditioner was so loud we had to sleep in the living room. The Only air conditioner was in the bedroom and does not cool the rest of the unit at all. Cleaning fees are outrageous for the property.

Nice views but the residents are aggressive toward visitors.

I was verbally assaulted by a resident/gardener as I tried to enter with my pre approved and medically documented service dog. He was in violation of Federal Law with his comments and statements, argumentative, heckled me, and clearly ignorant of the fact that not all disabilities are visible. It tempered my entire stay in a negative way. No Aloha spirit here.

Not worth the cost but made the best of it...

We were by the beach

We were not aware there would only be a/c in the bedroom and we were not allowed to cool down the small condo with that a/c unit. Received a voicemail from the owner advising us to not use it to cool down unit. It was more humid than usual. Felt as if we were being monitored by the manager.
