Rooms are of a good size and clean.

I requested extra bath towels as I like to shower in the morning and before bed. Only two towels are provided every two days and on weekends you are on your own. I had to wait one hour in order to get the extra towels for the weekend.

The front desk person was extremely helpful and nice, she made me feel welcomed. The rooms are roomy and clean.

They have to provide more bath towels, specially if the customer is staying more than one night and extra towels were requested but not provided.

Room 149...extremely dirty, looked like dog puked all over the floor, wood block held up bed, tile fell of sink area. Moved Room 216 walked in my flip flops stuck to the floor, everything sticky and filthy. Sanitized everything. No toilet paper,one dirty towel, remote didn't work, bathroom walls disgusting even the lamp shade was gross.

we were given a queen room. booked a double. (was told there was a leak... seems to be a usual excuse) the room was very, very tired. No coffee making facilities in room. mirror surround fallen off wall. microwave dirty. fridge rusty and dirty. funny sweet, sickly smell in the room. windows filthy. check in staff, not rude, but only just not rude. exceedingly in helpful when checking in. We would have left had it not been for the fact that we had already paid and it would have been a nightmare to get a refund.
