We felt comfortable staying at this hotel.

The staff was very nice. Thank you for having a designated parking spot for military veterans.

The parking lot needs to have its lines repainted.

This place is a budget hotel but not worth the price.

The staff were friendly. The price was low. They have many security cameras so feels safe.

The room was missing the smoke detector. The hallways windows were open and missing the screens, so many bugs got in the hallways at night.

Was put out on street we spent the last of our $to be kicked out and robbed by this NASTY hotel.

Nothing went well this was the ABSOLUTE WORST hotel I have ever seen. From the cleanliness to the staff! They are theives and the place was falling apart onto of it all

Everything could have been better and most of all not kicked out after not even 24hours of being there and being charged for the FULL 3 NIGHTS! IT WAS NASTY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! I would suggest no one ever book this hotel period. I paid $225 for 3 nights and was there from 5pm-11am and after being told I wasn't going to be charged $100 deposit the next day at 10:00am the manager/owner knocks saying we either pay the $100 or get out we obviously said no we got told there was no deposit and we already paid for 3 days he proceeded to call the cops and try to say we smoked in one of the previous rooms WHICH I FORGOT TO MENTION ABOVE we got moved 2x before settling in the last room because 1 room had no TV and was filthy then the other one had a TV that only had sound no picture and as well was filthy. So supposedly even tho we don't smoke we smoked in one of those previous rooms we was in for literally 2min but NOT the room we was in at the time of being kicked out after paying for 3 nights and still have yet to get the refund for the 2 days I DID NOT STAY THERE. Worst experience of my LIFE! I TOLD HIM WE SPENT THE LAST OF OUR MONEY AND WE DONT SMOKE AND LET THE COPS SEARCH THE ROOM AMD THE COOS AGREED WITH US AND SAID THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME WITH THEM AND THE EXSCUSE IS ALWAYS SMOKING AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THEM AS HE IS TIRED OF SEEING IT HAPPEN. SO WE SAT OUTSIDE WITH EVERYTHING WE OWN FOR HOURS UNTIL A FAMILY MEMEBER WAS ABLE TO GET US YET ANOTHER ROOM FOR THE FEW DAYS WE NEEDED SO WE WAS NOT OUT ON THE STREET.

I would not recommend at all.

I was not happy with the room at all.

The facility itself looked like a regular Super 8. The room was different. It reeked of marijuana. The sheets and cover had brown stains on them and the chair had a huge brown smear on it. I asked to cancel my stay and was told 'no'. I had only been there about 15 minutes. The person at the counter showed me another room. Smelled better but stains were on the sheets as well. The excuse was that they were going to renovate. That was ridiculous.

There was no breakfast. It was advertised free breakfast. Very disappointed. Left behind a new shirt. Called about it, couldn’t find it. Room price was $55. After I put my credit card info, they said room not available!

Price guarantee, breakfast and better receptionist.

It's Price Appropriate

Coffee was available in Lobby, and staff was happy to make more if needed. It was located very near where I needed to be.

Breakfast has been suspended due to either remodeling or Covid related.

Bathroom electrical outlet was very loose and couldn’t plug anything into it as the plug would fall out, bathroom ceiling fan was hanging by the wires, one nightstand lamp had no light bulb, trash all over the pavement in the parking lot, no drinking cups

Place needs to be shut down. First room bathroom door didn't close and it smelled. Second room the heat didn't work and the toilet didn't flush. We had to leave and go down the street.

it was very disappointing because we had 5 people and only got one room that was gross and embarrassing with a non famil

dirty, no cover over bathroom fan, cigarette burns on the furniture and comforter, floor boards not put together and 5 different kinds, baseboards were floor boards put sideways, only 2 towels for 4 people, 2 rooms were booked but they only had record of 1, asked for pillows the first night and told we would get them, but didn’t until we asked again the next night.

Sadly, absolutely terrible

I'm sad to say that, without exaggeration, this is the worst hotel experience I've had. The hotel attendant repeated told me my card had been declined despite charges showing up hours later after taking and charging my friends card in the meantime. Walking to the room we saw absolutely filthy hallways and stairways. Finally as soon as we open the door to our room, it appears as though it hasn't been cleaned in some time - with the bed sheets crumpled up at the bottom of the beds or on the floor. We promptly returned to the front desk, said that we decided we want to go somewhere else and requested a refund. The attendant first said something about how he realized that the issue with the credit card was on his side, but then told us that he would be unable to authorize refunds so he gave us the contact info for the manager. We got out of there. Then began the issues with the manager who couldn't seem to actually use the payment system. Between him and the hotel attendant they had managed to double charge the room and room deposit across both my and my friends credit cards on separate reservations. I had to suggest this to him after he confidently told me repeatedly that he couldn't find the charges on my credit card. This dragged on for more than a week. After spending unnecessary hours and receiving some refunds, I've actually had to resort to disputing other charges with the credit card company due their inability to run a decent business or understand their payment systems.

It was very relaxing and no drama!

The bed was so comfy and clean for the most part.

The bathroom vent was broken and ran incredibly loud and rapidly. Also the lampshade was missing along with lightbulb and staff whom checked me out this morning acted like we stole the lampshade and lightbulb. Very unprofessional, on top of that he couldn’t find my $100 deposit that I HAD TO HAVE!
