Staff was rude and not welcoming. Overall it was a decent place to lay my head for a night.

Convenient location and place to stay for the night

We arrived late at night, tired from an event. We checked in a got our room keys, went all the way to the room just for the keys to not work (mistakes happen but it was frustrating because we had driven 4 hours that morning and then attended an event all day, we were ready for bed) The bathroom could have been a little cleaner and there was hair on the comforter. The staff wasn’t very welcoming and some were even rude. Our phone in our room didn’t work so I called from my cell phone asking what time breakfast ended and told her that I was calling from my cell phone because the phone wasn’t working. I wasn’t complaining about the phone not working just simply telling her so she knew why I was calling from my cell phone. She proceeded to get defensive and rude and told me that it ran once and didn’t let it ring enough for her to answer. She stated this multiple times even though I told her that I hung up because the phone didn’t even have a dial tone so I didn’t think it was working. It didn’t ring or anything. Overall it was a place to sleep and wasn’t terrible. The service could have been better and there could have been a little more cleanliness.

love the quality and staff at the hotel.

the girl at the front desk with braces was really nice and i loved her . she made me feel like i was at home and help with all my needs.

the water in the bathtub didn't get hot all that's about it .

Not worth money paid! Does not represent Hampton Inn brand.

Location close to training.

Facilities was awful! In bad need of an upgrade. Cleanliness was lacking and furniture in room was dirty with nasty stains. Fridge needed defrosting and room felt damp all time and water was lukewarm to cold in shower.

Ok for a one night stop

Easy to get to and had availability on short notice.

The bathroom walls had not been properly cleaned. It had hair dried on to the tiles. Made me wonder what else was not cleaned properly.

The indoor pool was closed and the main reason I chose this actual location.

Disappointing

The pool was good. Parking was free. There are a few places you can walk to for food nearby.

The rooms smell of cannabis. The breakfast lacked hot food due to broken oven but I overheard another guest saying it was broken the previous day. He politely asked when it would be fixed and got an unpleasant reply. I don't like breakfast on polystyrene plates and plastic cutlery when you have paid $100 a night to stay.

Close to airport; far from city centre

The pool is great. Front desk and cleaning staff are attentive and friendly.

The breakfast and coffee counter tended to run out of things, e.g. yogurt at breakfast; black tea at coffee counter. Staff were not keeping track.

We will stay again the staff was warm and helpful and the beds and breakfast are comforting & yummy!

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was amazing the gentleman at the door the night we arrived was so helpful and the lady that was preparing breakfast the next morning was delightful and cheery!We will stay here again on our way to the beach!

The coffee makers in the rooms are in the bathroom. There were several other places it could have been. We cleaned our and moved it under the TV and felt better about it. The room was clean and the beds were super comfy!

Great variety of quality items to choose from.

No hot water for first shower. Husband had hot water for his shower but evidently it took a long time to get hot water because my shower never had any.

Served the purpose.

Breakfast was nice and fresh. The attendant was very courteous and helpful. I am looking to move to the area. Staff was very friendly and informative. Did not get inpatient with ALL my questions.

This location is listed to have a level 2 electric charger in premise. They DO NOT! However, the is one next door that is ppen to the public but of course it's risky leaving your vehicle unattended.

Quick, Easy, and Pleasant!

The staff was very friendly, we appreciated the complimentary snacks, it was a very comfortable stay!

The property can be hard to find as there are not enough signs to point you in the right direction, especially at night in an unfamiliar area.
