Nice hotel - right on beach

Great hospitality. Nice breakfast. Green boardwalk to connect beach Fire pit with music is really nice to enjoy in night.

1.Before joining the pool the showers for cleaning feet and body are broken. 2. Rooms are dark. There must be more lights.

Beach great hotel not good

Location is great we've stayed before thats why we come back.. the rooms smelled like old molded carpet

The staff that was working when we checked in and another daytime front desk worker went above.

The breakfast that was served was very good, better than expected.

I had a really hard time getting the top 2 drawers on the dresses open and closed and the bottom drawer wouldn't open at all. The refrigerator was very small and didn't even have a freezer section. I was surprised to see carpet in the room. It was a long walk to the beach, you couldn't even see it from the 4th floor.

Overall we had a good stay but beds were so uncomfortable we didn’t sleep well at all

Do not recommend this hotel.

The property was located very close to the beach. Shuttle was a wonderful amenity. Staff was very friendly specially one of the shuttle drivers. I should have ask for his name. He was extremely nice. A wide variety of breakfast items.

The property itself needs a big renovation! Everything looks old and the carpet smells. Our room was dirty, I could tell our room in specific hasn’t gotten cleaned in a while, given the amount of dust I saw, but again most of the property doesn’t look well kept. Pools were dirty too. Broken furniture around the place. We stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping didn’t enter our room after the first night, I’m not sure if that’s the way it supposed to be. Breakfast area has some very old appliances too. Definitely needs an upgrade. Even though staff was very friendly I will not be back to this hotel. I didn’t think it was clean enough. I would not recommend either.

It was fine, but I would get the same in a cheaper hotel.

Location and cleanliness were great

The pool was dirty, they ran out of coffee and food at breakfast, and they didn’t have enough staff to bring up the bedding g for the pull out couch (which should have already been in the room).

Great place. Breakfast area was a tad small for amount of guests. People taking enough food on their plates for 5 people

Pricey for the value.

Good location. Good breakfast.

Maid service was sketchy, telephone in room was broken (was replaced the next day. ) Front desk staff was OK.

Clean & Friendly, but NOT very Comfortable

Clean facility, friendly staff, decent location in relation to the beach.

The bed was so hard, most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept in! Stayed on the second floor and it was very hot in the hallway. The shower head was mounted extremely high and there was hardly any water pressure.

The room they put us in would be good for storage room because of the noise!

We were given a room on first floor right next to stairs and backdoor entrance. We didn't get any rest for the sounds of stumping going up and down stairs and the opening of the backdoor by hotel guests. Several times it sounded like someone was at our door. Very Disappointed with our Stay!

Only thing was the good location.

The tv was broken and they waited until the next day to fix it(did make a minor adjustment to first night’s rate.) AC was horrible. Too cold when on and too hot when it cut off. Pool was dirty. No view of beach. Other members of conference were given a rate $100 a night less. We did not realize we were to get a special rate and when brought to our attention we asked for a rate adjustment. It was refused. I will take responsibility in not knowing to make that clear In reservation so I will check that off to my mistake. The property is not up to standards for the rates they are charging.

I loved the front desk staff Laura. She was amazing and very thorough and easy to talk to. Very informative.

This does not apply. I loved everything! We had a small problem with the AC, called Laura at the front desk and within 5 minutes the repair guy was at the door and he told us it would be fixed when we got back from the beach. It was!!

The breakfast had a great selection and some of the protein options changed each morning.

Lighting in the parking lot was scarce. I had to go out to the truck at night for forgotten items and I had to use my cellphone flashlight

Parking lot was terrible, and lighting was nonexistent. Paying one dollar for ice in a drink at the bar was price gouging.
