Do not stay here or give them your information. They will take your credit card information and charge to random rooms. It would have gone unnoticed if the didn't do it three times in a row.

The bathroom was too small, there was no towel racks, no safety mat in the bathtub. No sink space in the bathroom. The sofa in the bedroom was old. I didn't sit on it, and the black leather chair had a pink stain on the seat. We ask for another set of towels, and housekeeping said she only had a bath towel and face cloth.

the bathroom was disgusting and whatever they used to clean the shower caused it to be super slippery I slipped and fell and when I told the woman at the desk she acted like she didn’t even care

The lady at the front desk was very professional and courteous.
The room 309 smelt stuffy. Only one lamp bulb worked. The rest would not stop blinking. The tub was extremely slippery and I fell in it due to its weird inward slope design. I was too upset after my fall to even stay there and just left immediately.

A lot of traffic noise. I think this could be rectified if the owner replaced and upgraded the old windows.

The location was perfect for the reason of our visit. The room was decently clean.
The rug needs to be change, the facet sits to far back to the sink, the tub & shower should have been along longest part of the wall, the AC & Heat are not control in the room, and the bed was hard and lumpy.

Location is good if you work in DC area and you want to save money. VAlue for money is anyhow high in this hotel
Rooms are clean but lobby and all other common areas are really neglected, breakfast is really very poor, piping noise during the week

Our toilet clogged when used it- daily. We had to go to lobby to use restroom - took 2 hours for one unclog as no maintenance were at site. No apologies- just I'm only one here from reception. At check in the woman at desk would not get off personal call to check me in. I had to ask where room was and felt like I was interrupting her - very frustrating when you have questions.
