Would give this hotel a Fair review.

Breakfast was awesome. The staff was very friendly.

I didn't like that there was only one way in the hotel and it was a very busy street. I didn't like that my room was not clean. We found chocolate candy beside our bed and the only thing we were offered was points . And there was a smell in the hallway. But the ladies at the front desk and the gentleman were awesome very nice and friendly. But I will not stay there again.

We really appreciated the accommodating staff and lovely room.

Comfortable, beautiful, spacious rooms. Excellent, accommodating staff, good breakfast and afternoon chocolate chip cookies.

It was immediately off the parkway, so traffic could be heard depending upon the room location.

Never had the noise pollution at any other IHG properties.

Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean, and breakfast was great!

The walls were thin and we could hear the rooms next door. We finally called the front desk about the room above us that sounded like they were jumping and running from one end to the other. It stopped and then started again.

Fine for a quick overnight travel stay, but had a few issues.

Location was great for travel; breakfast was good

No hot water, warm at best; room door did not shut properly/securely. Not enough parking.

Breakfast. Staff was friendly and had a willingness to assist. Bed was comfortable.

Save was locked and we couldn’t open and use it. Coffee was cold one morning. No hand sanitizer in food area.

Overall, it was a decent stay.

The staff was helpful and nice. The room and lobby felt very clean and smelled clean. There was a mixup with our room due to the third party booking service, but they made accommodations for us. Overall, it was a good stay.

The only problem that I had was I had a hard time sleeping at night due to the loud noises all around. We were on the first floor fairly close to the lobby and what looked like a staff area. There were doors slamming early in the morning, what sounded like trash trucks picking up the trash close to our window, people running up and down the halls, and the nearby train. I didn't get a decent night's rest either night that I was there, but the beds were comfy and the room was nice. I'm sure if we had been on a different floor, it might have been different because I have stayed at this location before, and I don't remember having that problem.

Was a great location and we would stay again.

The hotel was great and loved the extra room with the sofa there so we could sit on the sofa and watch TV versus being in bed. The location was good and breakfast was perfect.

Honestly there was nothing to complain about.

any communication about a change had to go through Booking.com. No phone# for contacting Booking.com.Did not get to eat breakfast because it started at 630am and we had to leave at 600am. Breakfast should start earlier.

Get the doors fixed.

My room door didn’t lock. Very inconvenient to sleep with one eye open and to pack up all my things when I left out to go eat dinner.
