Boa estadia

Destaque para o Bryan na recepção. Atencioso e cortês, nos recebeu de excelente maneira. A equipe de housekeeper também foi prestativa.

Algumas vezes tivemos de esperar para ser atendidos em pedidos simples: Refil do café para máquina do quarto, toalhas para piscina. Coisas que deveriam ter reposição estrategica na recepção.

בבקשה לא להתקרב למלון הזה! מסריח, חנוק, אין שירות חדרים! היינו שם שבוע ואם לא התקשרנו לבקש אחרי 4 ימים(!!!!) שינקו לנו את החדר אף אחד לא היה מנקה לנו במשך שבוע! המיקום לא משהו בכלל אין כמעט כלום בקרבת מקום והאזור קצת מפחיד, החדר היה קטן וחשוך, המצעים מסריחים היו לנו פשפשים בחדר! המגבות מסריחות! בקיצור לא להתקרב!!!!!

I booked a king room and got a double. Hotel was full. Didn’t have a choice. I wasn’t pleased

I was in Florida due to family funeral it was tragic time for me I chose to stay at the the courtyard of Marriott in Pla

Surrounded area ooutside and the inside bistro / bar lounge area this property do not deserve the name Marriott it should be super eight motel

Checking in there was no acknowledgment the person at the desk were doing some thing in the cashier draw while I been standing for about 3 minutes did not acknowledge me standing there and when she do she did not apologize for her unwelcome behavior instead she go direct into defensive argumentative behavior because I asked her a question about my check in due to the facts I am also a member of the Marriott points program I wanted to know if I was going to get points on my membership she not answer me. The lady at bistro/ bar she has an accent which she was very smiley and happy and welcoming that was the reason why I started to hang out at the bar there she introduced me to the fried chicken wings sandwiches she was the only one with a welcome smile

When we book at Courtyard Marriott we expect the same consistency at every location we stay at. This location was an unf

The location.

Furniture had large concerning stains in it. Things like towels, shampoo and other in-room items were missing on arrival. No one warned us about the construction that was being done during our stay nor were we instructed or given advice about how to navigate around it during our stay. This led to expected amenities like cold beverages, cafe service or even doors to get outside were locked but not marked as such. My wife also fell down in the shower as there are no non-slip adhesives in our bath tub. When we contacted room service we were told none of the rooms have non-slip adhesives in the bath tubs. Despite all of this we were still charged for full days and nights of stay.

room the location of the tv verses the location of the bed is in such a angle that it gave me a stiff neck trying to watch tv in the bathroom where several hairs on the floor and no safe in the room!!!!

I had reserved a King size bed (it was our wedding anniversary) and we ended up with two Queen size beds. their compute

Would stay here again.

The location was perfect for restaurants and Target which was 3 minutes away. You could walk over to the plaza next door that had multiple restaurants and stores.

Some form of continental breakfast could be included with the price of the room. The breakfast downstairs had to be paid extra or pay extra for room rate.
