Comfy bed!!

Big room, very clean, and bed was so comfy!

There was only one towel. I was by myself, but still like to have a towel for my hair. But, wasn't a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again.

great place to stay for downtown events!

We had a great 1 night stay while we were down for the Cardinal's home opener. The staff was very friendly, our room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. People giving bad reviews of this place must be very picky.... we had a pretty nice stay.

I would say the Zenia bar and grill... made reservations but the waiter said they don't do reservations. felt sorry for the waiter, he was the only one taking orders and bringing food out, took quite awhile to get a menu to order our dinner.

Nice hotel but everything costs extra.

Great location if you are attending an event at the dome like we were, nice rooms, very clean and modern. Staff was very professional and efficient.

Everything is an upcharge. Parking was $35, breakfast is $22, Wi-Fi is $14, felt like I got charged extra for pretty much everything I did except check in.

Air-conditioning would not cool room! Unfriendly service in parking garage. Bright led night light couldn't turn off at night. No free coffee. No microwave in room. Small rooms. Odor in room from smoke.

Would not stay again due to food and staff rudeness

Location is great!

Food! Front desk stated to scan QR code for the cafe and they would deliver to our room. After waiting 45 minutes we went down to the cafe to inquire where food was and was told we would not be receiving it as they do not have the items to make the food of the menu. There were at least 30 people in the cafe with the same issue. Staff was rude!

I will never be staying here again and neither will anyone else in my family and most definitely will not be telling any

Nothing they treated us poorly. Our booking said we had breakfast included and our room was booked for 4 people but they would only let 2 eat

worth the price when in walking distance of a concert, will stay again

everything was fine, beds are super tiny but I knew that going in. The grout on the bathroom floor could use some tlc.

Great location!!

Location was close to our concert venue.

No microwave in the room. Room keys stopped working to let us into the hotel after hours. Got charged for something I have no idea what it was for.

Weekend concert stay

It was walking distance to the Dome. Hotel was beautiful and our room was really nice.

Wonderful facility, clean, and staff was extremely nice. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good as well.

Exceptional

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the location of this hotel was perfect. I went to the Beyonce concert and the hotel was located right next to the venue and was walking distance. Also the Blues Museum and other food places were in a short walking distance from the hotel. The overall room was very clean and I really enjoyed my stay. After the concert it was really hot outside and the hotel staff provided water for all the guests walking back inside.

It was a great night with the girls!

How close the hotel was to the Dome at America's Center. We were able to walk to the event instead of driving. This made it very convenient for us.

That we had to pay $35 to check in early and $35 for parking. It was scary going to the parking garage and we initially got lost coming out of it.

I liked the location and staff.

The non complementary water bottle left in my room. Why leave a water bottle in the room if it isn’t complementary? It feels very unsanitary cause I don’t know how many guest have touched that water bottle cause it was left in their rooms or how well it was cleaned.

Our room was very clean. We ate at the hotel and drank from the bar. The staff were very nice.

The hallways stunk every time we walked on our floor. There was no other issue besides the smell in the hallway.

Definitely wasnt worth the price! Was there for an event inside which was a wedding and still had to pay additional fee to park! Unacceptable and the room was so tiny!! I could have went across the street and got a bigger one for less money

The room coffee supplies were not refilled on the second day of our stay. The restaurant location was not obvious and how to use it was lacking.

Very nice just another correction or two would have made perfect.

Loved the bed and pillows. The place was a good value.

No one came to give us supplies for and coffee and bath soap. Wanted a have a late meal but could not get anyone to wait on us at the bar. Needed another bar tender or two.
