Super neu renovierte Zimmer. Moderner als viele Zimmer in dieser Preisklasse.
Durch die Lage direkt an der Straße war es recht laut. Die Tür war so undicht, dass es sehr hellhörig war.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.
It took almost an hour to get hot water in the shower.

They would not refund our money.
Not really a Motel 6
Falsely advertised!

New facilities or refurbished
No utensils in kitchen,
Not a Motel 6, called Studio 6, causing confusion when arriving.
Area is under regentifacation, lots of new suff in area, but remnants of skid row still in area

The room was very good. It was very clean. The staff was as very nice and helpful.
The location was not the best. There were homeless camps on the street beside the motel and a lot of people walking around on cellphones. I felt like I had to keep checking on my car. Nothing bad happened, but it made me feel uneasy.

The nice young man at reception.
Needed a few amenities such as glasses/cups and tissues.

first floor room
not a graet neighborhood

Not much - room was redone, but no amenities.
We didn’t like the fact they we’re remodeling the whole hotel and made enough noise to raise the dead early in the morning. We were told that no one would be working Sunday morning, but that did not hold true. For the price paid, totally not worth the stay.

Under construction but the rooms were really nice. Noisy neighborhood but I felt safe.

Quite
TOMANY PEOPLE in and out of rooms

Location to venues
We were provided with a non smoking room as requested, but many tenants were smoking outside our door, also weed.
Apparently rooms were rented to long term people with families, very noisey at all hours of evening . Parking lot and sidewalk littered with trash etc. Low watt bulbs in room, hard to see in mirror. Etc.

the room was hot and loud. I was told when i checked it that they house the homeless. the shower was so small that i couldn't use it.
I would not have booked this room if i knew that they housed the homeless if Humbolt mandates that they house the homeless i will find another county to stay in, the room was hot and traffic noise was extremely loud. Earlier this year i made a 8500-mile road trip 29 states 25 nights and this was the most disappointing room i had all year

Spacious room and bathroom
Noisy due to traffic, facilities old (sink stopper for instance did not work/missing so waisting water when shaving). In the old bathtub another tub was placed. Needs upgrade.

There was no breakfast. There was no coffee in the room. They did have a microwave and refrigerator so I made instant coffee in my room in the microwave.
When I complained about the WIFI they said they could move me to another motel with better wifi. I took them up on the offer and went to a nearby Motel 6 that was newly remodeled and had good wifi.
The wifi was so bad I could not function in a zoom meeting or watch Netflix on my computer. The curtain in my room did not block out the light from outside and was torn and held together with pieces of wire. Room's carpet seemed filthy, I didn't want to walk on it in my bare feet. There was no screen on one of the windows, so opening it could invite birds and bugs into the room.

Location was ok too noisy with guest and road
The room smelled funky and musty, it wasn't very clean prints on the microwave, telephone, hair in the bathroom, dusty, needs updates and bad paint job in the bathroom and bugs in the bathroom. Bed not comfortable still had plastic under the sheets pillows were terrible. Wifi didn't work well.

Shower. Restroom was a good size.
The bed clothes was filthy. Cover had cigarettes burning. The sheets had blood on it. The place was disgusting. Not a nice place to stay.
Thankfully I had my own bed cover ( as I had planned camping halfway trip ).
