In a nice area

They didn’t have the room I book for Rooms was very dirty and smell bad

I enjoyed the location close to to a variety of stores. The hotel had good water pressure and bed was comfortable I also liked the kitchen area.

When I first arrived at my building I was staying in it wasn’t clean outside. The room curtains smelled of urine and the floor was sticky. The bed sheets had black stains on them the tub still had a dirt ring around it and there were pieces of hair throughout the room. The couch cousins had food or something under them and kitchen stove had food stains under the cover. The building I was in smelled of marijuana I had to put a towel under my door to keep the smell out. The hallways of the building was never cleaned the four days I was there the same food substance that was in front of my door four days. The television when I went to turn it to be able to watch it from the couch after I covered it to be able to sit on it had some sort of sticky substance on it.

The facility of a kitchen

There was nothing in the kitchen we had to request pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc. No tea towels or facility to clean items in the sink. The place was shabby, a hole in one bedroom door, a light not working. Markings on the sofa, door keys took many attempts to get them to work.

There was no breakfast

Room dirty, dog food under pull out couch, it fell out of it. Roaches in the bathroom. Nothing in the kitchenette, not even a coffee maker. Only 2 pillows for a queen bed and a pull out, none at the front desk, had to go buy my own extra. Window did not lock in room so it could have been opened from the outside, on the first floor. Asked to be changed out of room but said there were no other rooms we could move to. Room smelled like smoke all the time.

The room had roaches. The TV didn't work and they refused to switch it out.The grills didn't have propane to grill out.The rooms and hallways had odor.

Close to the stores

It looked ran down and dirty really didn’t feel to safe or comfortable

I loved how roomy and clean it was!! I loved the kitchen and full fridge and everything!

Only three things. In my room most of the outlets were loose as far as holding in things I tried to plug in and need to be replaced. Second, though I didn't need any, I was shocked to see that the cupboards were totally bare!! It would be nice if the office gave a list, stating that there is nothing in the cupboards, along with no extra pillows or blankets, allowing people to check what they'll need. Third, along the same lines, the beds have barely any warm covers. I froze!!! Until I remembered that I could take the covers from the second bed and use.
