I will always stay at this hotel when im in STL

The staff was friendly professional and helpful. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds.

Obviously, we would never stay here again.

Breakfast not included, so we didn’t partake.

Our Apple earbuds were stolen from our room. They were tracked on our phone, so we know the precise time they were taken, and the incident happened while we were out and housekeeping was cleaning the room. Management took our information, but, we never heard from them again regarding follow up.

Billing issues out the wazoo!!

The room was good, everything about the hotel was good as far as the room. I had other issues though...

They royally, and I mean mega-royally, screwed up my billing. I paid through booking, then managed to get charged two more times by the hotel by accident. They did fix it and refund my money, but the refunds took several days and kind of put me in a bit of a bind financially. Even though they did fix it, I felt like they could have done more, such as future room discounts or something like that. I'll probably not be staying here again, just to save myself the extra hardship in the future.

The beds were super comfortable. Front staff was friendly. We’ve stayed here multiple times to visit family and will definitely return.

Under expectations, plus had trouble resolving the issue with Booking.com

Location was close to what we needed.

The hotel didn't have a pool as advertised. I specifically went to the hotel for my kids to enjoy the pool. They only clean the room after 3 days. 3rd rate facility and false advertising.

I don't feel I got what I paid for.

There were no Kleenex, soap, cups, etc. in the bathroom, only the shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in shower area. I had to put the bath rug in the bathtub because it was so slippery. Towels were limited to 2 per size.

It was fine for the 9 hours I was there. Over-priced like the rest of the market. was not 3.5 stars

The staff was friendly. The facility was comfortable, but a little dated. the breakfast was good but overpriced.

My room had definitely been a smoking room at some point. It didn't smell bad when first walking in, but turning on the AC / fan let all of the past nicotine demons out, and my asthma kicked in hard. The drapes smelled, and the windows were dirty with smoke residue. I got to the room too late in the evening to make the effort to change rooms.

Great location. It was clean.

I was frustrated as I sent a few messages through the app and they never replied. I ended up having to call, and was put on hold for several minutes before I got to talk to someone.

Disappointing

Good stay, comfortable room - as I stayed for review the room/services for an upcoming Family Reunion next year and it was just average - nothing special - a bit disheartening!

General Manager/Sarah was horrible. As I called back to ask a few questions regarding my bill and she talked down to me and was extremely rude and totally unprofessional with additional questions. As the location fits our internal needs for our upcoming family reunion, due to Sarah I will be taking my business elsewhere. Approximately 20 or 30 rooms and thus I will ready to submit a deposit for holding the rooms for 2023

pool water quality, was cloudy, I only swim in clear water. one of the key cards didn’t work, then when we were checking out bough keys didn’t work. i proper the door open with a cooler as I loaded my car.

Okay at best. Ot stellar.

I pre-paid via Bookings.com, but the hotel double charged and also hit my credit card. I will say they were quick to refund the double payment, after I called them. They were very apologetic . But why this hassle in the first place? Why did they not show my Bookings.com payment?

No Fresh towels and bed change. I do not like that the hotels have stopped doing this. For $150 per night I expect this.
