The breakfast was amazing, and it was a very clean establishment. The staff was very helpful

Loved the breakfast! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Decor was updated from last time I stayed here. Can't beat the location. So close to the north end and the garden!
Construction -- there was drilling until about 6pm. It would've been nice to know about this prior to arriving on site. It did not disturb our sleep. There were strong smells of paint and glue when we arrived to the hotel and in our room. Since I didn't know there was any contruction, I was not expecting any of this.

Great location. Near to the Navy Yard, harbour walk and TD Garden. Staff so friendly and helpful.
Good selection for breakfast too
Was going under a bit of a renovation but it didn't really interfere with our stay.
Def stay there again if ever go back to Boston

It was under renovation the bed wasn’t comfortable and they didn’t clean my room for the three days I was there.

Great location
No bed linen for sofa bed so I had to go get it. Also 2 cups when booking made for 3

Location explained the price. Next to TD Garden and parks and public transportation. Comfy room, friendly staff, nice breakfast, walked to almost everything [Fenway is a 20 minute subway ride, TD Centre 5 minute walk]
That nightly price, especially when converted into Canadian dollars, was higher than I would have expected.

They served breakfast on a paper plate. Really bad.
The bathroom was tiny. One couldn’t even open the door properly. Fan was not working in the bathroom. The mattress of the bed was very old.

Breakfast had some healthy options and location is good
Rude staff, including managers. Seems like they are a gang where everyone stays for each other and their customer is common enemy. One of the cleaners shouted at me when I asked five times(!) to clean after an accident we had with baby and when I called at reception to complain they said, “this cleaner works here for 20 years and no one complained so it’s all good and let us know if you need anything else.”
Overall property is old but I wouldn’t mind if only they respected the customers.

Location
Older, understaffed, overpriced hotel.
Plastic silverware for a $650 a night hotel ?? You must be kidding.

Quite dated

Breakfast was great and COMPLIMENTARY...all servers were welcoming..so kind
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT
from front desk, valet parking breakfast room staff etc

Location is excellent.
The rooms look like they have been preserved from the late 80’s. Light switches didn’t work, closet doors don’t slide, hidden trash cans, and I solved the mystery of who took all my grandmother’s furniture and drapes after she passed. This hotel needs a refresh. Price is ridiculous for the ‘value’. I would have expected to pay <$150 but they are charging $700. Marriott is running on fumes at this place.

Really good location just a few footsteps over the bridge from the city center of Boston and the north end, so no need for taxis or Uber to get into town. The nice pubs and restaurants in Charlestown to the other side are equally close. Good breakfast and nice view over the harbor. The rooms are very soundproof, we did not hear anything from the people around us. Special thanks to Dottie from the reception who gave us a lot of helpful tips, if she is there, ask her if you want to know anything.
They do not provide room service if you "only stay two nights". That is a bit disappointing if you pay over $450 for a night. Leaving that aside, it would at least have been nice if the person at the check-in had told us that, or if there were easily perceptible notices in the room or something. Not knowing that, we had thrown the towels on the floor when leaving the room the next day. We had to make our beds ourselves and ask for new towels when coming back in the evening. Also the room was explicitly booked for four people, yet the sofa bed was not prepared, so we had fold that one out and put the linen on ourselves. In theory all not a problem, but not for that price.

Breakfast was fine. Plenty of variety. Hotel was further out than was shown on maps

Walkable distance to TD garden and many restaurants. Very good location
Valet parking person was very rude. Told us to move the car when we drove up. We had to go find parking in a public parking lot. Another younger guy came on duty a little later that afternoon and assisted us with valet parking. I asked for bedding for the sofa bed for our two daughters when I made the booking. They only had bedding for one person in the closet, had to ask housekeeping to bring another blanket and pillow. Breakfast area was extremely crowded with a long line to get food. The hotel also charged my credit card upon checkout after I already paid in full via Booking.com Had to ask for refund. We were disappointed with the amount of attention the hotel gives to customer service.

The distance from the arena was great- 8 minute walking distance
the only parking option was valet for $50-no ice machine on the floors - The elevator took a long time, so the wait was long - no restaurant on premises -not worth the $300 a night + the valet

They upgraded us to a suite which is was appreciated and breakfast was great.
The upgrade faced the construction work. The lights at night from the construction were blinding. There was mold in several places in our bathroom . We had to pay for parking which was never mentioned in the booking. I paid a large sum for a disappointing experience- booking.com you should be more aware of what you sell people.
