Disappointing for the amount spent on one nights accommodation and poor overnight service

It was conveniently located. The day staff were helpful.

When the room I paid for wasn’t available, the night reception said it wasn’t his problem and nothing he could do about it. My 6’4 15 yr old ended up having to sleep on 2 chairs facing each other with an ottoman in between.

It was a nice stay, but it’s hard to come back with a family.

It’s very clean and large room for a groups of people, it even have a go through door which is good for families.

I don’t like the idea for their breakfast, I wish they make clear of the breakfast family for groups. For breakfast they only offer 2 adults and 1 child package only despite of all adults in the room and it’s disappointing.

Disappointing, not what you would expect from a Marriot.

Nothing much, except that there was a microwave

Very noisy, Noisy air conditioner. Loud noises at 4:30 am every morning. Paper thin walls. You can hear folks showering, talking.

Overpriced

The suite that I rented out was nice. Some staff members were really helpful and some unhelpful and had attitude.

There was throw up next to the hot tub area that was not cleaned after we mentioned it to the staff the next day, the hot tub was out of service. The elevator didn’t work for a moment, so we had to catch the stairs to the fourth floor, however, there were no issues after.

Less than expected

It was very clean. Convenient, and large parking lot.

Staff was not very welcoming 😕 No breakfast unless you pay for it....with the high cost of the room, they should at MINIMUN offer some kind of continental breakfast. The room was not nearly as large as the pictures on line. Bathroom didn't even have an exhaust fan, so when you exit the shower, get ready to sweat. A bottle of water cost $4.00...what in the world! That was unreal. No complimentary items, such as soap, lotion, mouthwash, shower cap.... Nothing was left in the bathroom, except one very tiny bar of hand soap and a roll of TP.

No airport shuttle!

Everything was fine

We were told the hotel ran a shuttle to the Burbank Airport before we booked and then found out they didn’t after we checked in! Very upsetting!

Exceptional

Room was very clean. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, very nice. Staff very friendly. They even were able to recover some items I left behind after checkout. Friends picked up for me. Thank you all Courtyard staff.

It was nice for the night and somewhere to be in and out but wouldn’t stay for a long period of time

I liked that there was a front desk attendee very early in the morning. The room was great and clean.

I did not enjoy the à la carte breakfast and was disappointed with the very small creamers. I get drip coffee free in my room and free in the lobby but no food.

It was fine, just would have liked to been able to get eight hours of sleep every night without the tree trimmers waking

The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The equipment in the business center was dated and didn’t work properly. They had tree trimmers outside of my window early every morning I was there when I really needed to sleep. I understand that upkeep needs to be done, but they could’ve started a little bit later to accommodate sleeping hotel guests. So I worked late every night and didn’t get enough sleep because of being woken up bright and early.
